TV star Kaleb Cooper has recalled once meeting David Beckham at Diddly Squat Farm, with his recollection prompting laughter on Capital Breakfast earlier this week.
Kaleb, 26 - best known for appearing on Clarkson's Farm - was a guest on the radio show on Wednesday morning. He spoke to breakfast hosts Siân Welby, 38, Jordan North, 34, and Chris Stark, 37, whilst visiting the Capital FM studio.
During the interview, Kaleb spoke about other celebrities requesting selfies with him at the times. Whilst discussing last month's National Television Awards, Kaleb shared: "I didn't know anyone there." It was then revealed that he had asked radio host Jordan for help in identifying who each celebrity was when they approached him at the ceremony.
Chris went on to ask: "Do you ever find it weird who recognizes you, then? Has there been one that surprised you?" Kaleb responded by sharing that he doesn't necessarily know many celebrities and recalled meeting former professional footballer David, 49, on one occasion.
He said: "Yeah, but I don't really watch much TV, or y'know, go on Instagram too much. So I don't really understand and know any of these celebrities. So when they come up to me and go 'oh hi Kaleb, y'know, can I have a picture?' and so on ... someone said, for example, David Beckham, y'know, I'm like…"

Kaleb responded by sharing that he hadn't recognised David initially, saying: "No, I did recognise him after about 15 minutes." Kaleb went on to share that David had been visiting Diddly Squat Farm, run by Jeremy Clarkson, at the time. Kaleb stars alongside Jeremy in the Amazon Prime series Clarkson's Farm, which is focused on the farm in Oxfordshire.
Recalling his interaction, Kaleb said: "He was at the farm and I just walked past, and he was there. And Jeremy was like 'come and see David.' And I was like 'David who?' And [it was] David Beckham." Sian replied: "I love this about you. It's so wholesome!" Whilst her co-host Jordan commented: "He's not bothered. You're not bothered by it."
It was reported back in 2021 that David was a regular visitor to Diddly Squat Farm, with Jeremy's partner Lisa Hogan stating at the time that he would visit the farm shop for milk. More recently, Jeremy shared a photo of David with Clarkson's Farm cast member Gerald Cooper on Instagram last year.
