Bianca Censori will not face any legal consequences for wearing a completely see-through dress on the 2025 Grammy Awards red carpet, according to a new report

Bianca Censori will reportedly not face any legal repercussions for donning a completely see-through dress at the 2025 Grammy Awards red carpet.

Sources from the Los Angeles Police Department informed TMZ on Monday that no formal complaints were made about Kanye West’s wife’s outfit — or lack thereof, by anyone present at the Crypto.com Arena on Sunday evening. The sources also highlighted that the annual awards show is a private event.

"While Ms. Censori’s outfit undoubtedly pushed the envelope, a charge of indecent exposure in California requires willful public exposure of one’s genitals with the specific intent to offend or sexually arouse," LA-based lawyer Andrea Oguntula has told Page Six. "It’s theoretically possible but unlikely she’ll face any criminal prosecution for this incident,” Oguntula added, noting it is down to the district attorney’s office to make that decision.

Bianca's nude stunt could have landed her in trouble with the law. Under California Penal Code 314(1), indecent exposure is defined as a person "exposing his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it."

The law further specifies that the act must be "willful and lewd" to constitute a crime. To be convicted, a person must "intentionally expose your genitals or naked body; expose yourself in front of someone who might be offended or annoyed by it; intend to direct attention to yourself; and intend to sexually gratify yourself or offend someone else when you do it."

Kanye and Bianca made a show-stopping appearance at the Grammys, with Bianca turning heads in a daringly sheer mesh slip dress that left little to the imagination. At first, Kanye opted for a low-key look in an all-black outfit, but it was Bianca who took centre stage with her bold fashion choice, which some speculated was a nod to the album cover of Kanye's 2024 album, Vultures.

But what seemed like a spontaneous moment of exhibitionism may have been carefully orchestrated by Kanye himself, according to lip-reading expert Nicola Hickling. As Bianca and Kanye arrived at the ceremony, he allegedly instructed her to shed her coat and reveal her barely-there outfit.

After initially complimenting his wife, Kanye reportedly told her, "You're making a scene now," as the paparazzi began snapping away. Bianca nodded silently in response, before Kanye urged her on, saying, "Make a scene, I'll say it'll make so much sense." Bianca nodded again, and then Kanye gave her the cue to drop her coat, saying, "Drop it behind you and then turn, I got you."

To which Bianca replied, "Alright let's go," as interpreted by the expert. It was then that Bianca made headlines by shedding her coat to reveal her nude figure underneath, in a move that left onlookers stunned.
