KANYE West's former assistant has been granted more time to serve him with court papers after filing a lawsuit accusing him of wrongful termination and sexual assault.
Lauren Pisciotta, 36, first filed the complaint in Los Angeles back in June and later added further claims.
Pisciotta alleges she was mistreated by the rapper while working for him and in the months after - including allegations he raped and drugged her at a party hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs.
West has previously denied all her claims labelling the allegations as "baseless."
But he has not yet hired a lawyer to file a response to the complaint, as Pisciotta's legal team has still not managed to serve him.
They asked for additional time during a court hearing in Los Angeles and a case management conference scheduled for December 3 has now been pushed to January 29.
Papers read, "Conference is continued to allow additional time to serve Defendant Kanye West and to allow time for the Yeezy
defendants to appear."
According to In Touch, Pisciotta's legal team said West, also known as Ye, "is either out of the country and/or evading service."
Her counsel plans to place an advertisement in a newspaper informing him of the suit instead of personally serving him as they struggle to locate him.
West has not been seen in Los Angeles for months but has instead been spotted with his wife Bianca Censori in Tokyo, Japan.
OUT OF TOWN
The pair have been pictured on multiple occasions shopping and dining together.
The U.S. Sun revealed they have now moved out of their $10,000-a-month rental in West Hollywood.

They lived in the same complex as Pisciotta, who has since returned to Florida where her family is located.
She was seen in exclusive photographs this week at the beach as she took a break from Art Basel in Miami.
The snaps showed her in a black swimsuit and shades.
West and his wife could soon be returning full-time to the United States, as the rapper has purchased a new $35 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
Bianca was seen buying dozens of home items at luxury store William Sonoma during a solo trip to Los Angeles last month.
Photographs previously showed her being helped by workers at the store after spending thousands of dollars, as they wheeled the purchases to her car.
LAWSUIT CLAIMS
Pisciotta - an influencer and former OnlyFans model - worked for West between 2021 and 2022 after a career working in the music industry.
She sued the rapper earlier this year alleging the Gold Digger hitmaker bombarded her with sexual texts and masturbated on the phone with her.
Pisciotta claimed she was let go and not paid what she was owed after she turned down his advances, which he denied.
Bianca Censori and Kanye West's relationship
Bianca Censori was born on January 5, 1995, in Melbourne, Australia
Before her current full-time job, the 29-year-old started a jewelry company called Nylons after leaving high school.
After working as a student architect for three years, she completed a master's degree between 2019 and 2020 ahead of moving to Los Angeles.
In a radio interview, a childhood friend of Bianca's claimed that Kanye slid into her DMs on Instagram.
The rapper reportedly said, "Come and work for me."
At which point she says the designer moved to LA to join his company Yeezy as the "head of architecture" - and has been since November 2020.
WEDDING BELLS
On Friday, October 6, 2023, The Daily Mail reported Kanye and Bianca wed on December 20, 2022.
The couple tied the knot under a "confidential marriage license" in the state of California.
The two wed in Palo Alto, California, according to the document.
The wedding came just one month after Kanye and Kim Kardashian finalized their divorce.
In an amended complaint, she also alleges she was "roofied" years earlier when a drink that was poured and served to her was laced with an unidentified drug.
She claimed West co-hosted a Santa Monica studio session with Sean 'Diddy' Combs and invited her to join them while she was working for a record label.
Pisciotta alleged everybody was told to have a drink if they wanted to stay, but after sipping hers she started to feel "disoriented" and in an "altered and heavily impaired state."
She claimed she felt "physically ill and confused," according to the suit, and didn't remember anything, believing she was drugged by the assistant at the studio.
In her suit, she alleges years later Kanye referred to the night in question and told her they did "kind of hook up a little one time."
She claims she told him she didn't remember anything, to which he supposedly laughed and replied, "Women love to say they don’t remember."
Pisciotta has also detailed several occasions where West allegedly sexually harassed her.
One of the allegations detailed in the lawsuit is that West supposedly masturbated next to her on a plane during an overnight trip to Paris.
She claimed the rapper asked her to come into his room on the private jet so they could talk.
West is then accused of shutting the door and laying down on the bed before he "masturbated under the covers until he fell asleep" while Pisciotta sat in a chair across from him.
