Kanye West’s YZY fashion line has been criticised for looking too similar to Kim Kardashian’s Skims brand. The issue grew after reports suggested that his new collection was inspired by Bianca Censori, his partner, who has been linked to Skims.

Bianca and Kim have frequently been compared for their fashion choices, with fans noting that they often wear similar styles. On Tuesday, Kanye took to Instagram to showcase his upcoming collection.

Kanye shared a photo of a revealing black thong bodysuit on Instagram, accompanied by a lengthy caption and a chilling warning to rival brands that read: "Yzy women’s coming next • SCALING INNOVATION For anyone in clothing that doesn’t work at Yeezy be afraid Be very afraid No corporations leveraging my platform Using me to get to get to us Overcharging our community while ignoring my vision and direction Stopping the foam runners and Yeezy slides production during COVID only to copy the designs People tried to tell me to go back to adidas.

"Of course they were people close enough to ask for money from me They didn’t care about my freedom or vision Now my vision is coming to life and I have a John Wick vendetta against every fashion company as my fellow Gemini Tupac said Die mutherfucker Die Now play off the grid."

The bodysuit Kanye posted seemed to resemble one that Bianca wore earlier this month. Fans rushed to the comments to share their opinion on the new line, with many slamming the style for being to revealing.

One user sarcastically wrote: "Not enough skin showing." Whilst another added: "Ain’t letting my gf wear this bro." A third penned: "Aye Yeezy, please don’t try to dress us like your wife. Make some stuff that’s also cute and comfy." Whilst a fourth quipped: "'Is that a grocery bag?"

Kanye could be referring to any rival brand, but the striking similarity to Skims has led to speculation that it might be one of the brands he had in mind.

Earlier this month, the singer made a dig at brand Adidas. Kanye collaborated with Adidas to create the Yeezy line, which significantly boosted Adidas' sales and brand image. However, in 2022, Adidas ended the partnership due to remarks Kanye made that were considered antisemitic.

Kanye took to his Instagram sharing a scathing rant towards the German athletic shoe brand. Despite ending their collaboration and discontinuing the Yeezy collection, the sportswear company has continued to sell their remaining Yeezy stock.

In his lengthy attack, Kanye claimed that the brand purposefully influenced the Google algorithm to make it so customers visit their website instead of his when they type "Yeezy.com" on the search engine. The Vultures hitmaker also went on to accuse Adidas of freezing his accounts after their public fallout, but claimed that his brand is continuing to thrive regardless.

In his post, the Stronger hitmaker shared a screenshot of the Google search and wrote: "When you Google Yeezy.com, the Adidas site comes before the Yeezy site. Members at Adidas, stop doing this. Stop doing your moves to hold me back. Our partnership is done. You're a 60 million dollar company that froze my accounts. Now I'm back on my feet (no pun intended) and I'm not going to stand for this (no pun again)."
