While speaking to Access Hollywood on the red carpet, the actor revealed she was wearing a custom Erdem ensemble. The attire included a jacket and matching pants, while Winslet ditched the shirt for a more glamorous look. Moreover, the outfit featured black floral beading embroidery designs to amp up the simple yet stylish piece. The detailing was present on the top left and bottom right corners of the jacket. One of the sleeves was also adorned with the same.
Furthermore, Winslet’s choice of footwear for the evening was in tune with her attire’s embroidery detailing. The star wore a black pair of pointed-toe pumps. Meanwhile, Winslet opted for a subtle glam, and her hair was pulled back in a neat updo, with some loose tresses adorning her face. The actor continued to accessorize the look with dangly gem-encrusted earrings and a huge ring. Besides that, Winslet added a hint of color to her ensemble with stunning red nails.
In a conversation with Access Hollywood, Kate Winslet revealed the reason behind opting for a “simple and easy” outfit for the awards ceremony. The actor said, “I’m comfortable in a suit.
