Kendrick Lamar seemingly took a shot at Drake's guest appearance on xQc's recent stream.
An associate of K.Dot's pgLang shared a screenshot of text messages exchanged with the rapper on Instagram shortly after Drizzy's stream with xQc on Sunday.
"You done turned blood into a streamer on Phillies [laughing emojis]," wrote Kendrick's friend Reli. Kendrick replied with laughing emojis, to which Reli added, "That's a damn shame."
Kendrick wrote, "He trippin??!" Reli concluded, "Blood don't [want] no smoke Philly gang." Reli's post also included audio of the GNX highlight "tv off."
At one point on the stream, Drake addressed xQc's "ruthless" audience. "I got a love of love for you guys," he said. "We love all the shit talkers, all the crip walkers, we love you guys. It is what it is. We love the chirps."
Drake also announced a tour in Australia, which just so happens to be starting the same day that Kendrick plays the Halftime Show at the Super Bowl. He also suggested that his collaborative album with PartyNextDoor is almost finished.
At the top of the stream, he shared a message with fans that some interpreted as a reference to his beef with Kendrick. "I'm here, fully intact. Mind, body, and soul… You need facts to take me out, fairytales won't do it," he said.
While he didn't take any direct shots at Lamar or mention K.Dot's new album during the stream, Drizzy did take some shots at his former collaborator The Weeknd.
"You have to switch this song though,” he said as The Weeknd's music played in the background. “You have to switch this one. Real 6ixers, real 6ixers. The real 6 side, we don’t listen to that.”
