Kevin Costner Was 'Openly Flirty' With This A-List Actress, According to an Eyewitness

Ever since Kevin Costner‘s divorce from Christine Baumgartner was finalized in February, his love life has been a very hot topic. The 69-year-old actor is considered one of the most eligible bachelors in Hollywood now — and it seems that he piqued the curiosity of another single A-list star.

Costner attended the 2024 Governors Awards at Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday, Nov. 17 where he was “openly flirty” with Sharon Stone, according to a Daily Mail eyewitness. “They started off polite with small talk then he put on his Kevin Costner charm, you know, like the vibes he gave off in Bull Durham and Tin Cup, like ‘heyyyy baby,'” they claimed. While the insider has no idea if “they went home together or even exchanged numbers,” Stone and the Horizon: An American Saga star had noticeable chemistry.

Stone was open to his possibly romantic overtures, too. “Sharon is such a class act, she handled the attention very well and was cute,” the source noted.” She winked at him and was sweet.” If the two Hollywood stars decided to date, they could easily become a new red-carpet power couple — both exude total charisma and charm wherever they go.

Costner was linked to Jewel last December, but he denied that they ever dated during a June 18 appearance on Sirius XM’s The Howard Stern Show. “Jewel and I are friends,” Costner said. “We’ve never gone out, ever. She’s fantastic, she’s special, and I don’t want these rumors to ruin our friendship because that’s what we have. She’s special… She’s everything you might think, but it just hasn’t happened.”

Then there was the meet-cute moment between the Oscar winner and Today personality Hoda Kotb in June. An Entertainment Tonight reporter tried to play wingman for them in October, but Costner looked rather annoyed by the idea. “Well look, I’m not on a national dating service. I appreciate the goodwill,” Costner said firmly, but kindly, in mid-October. “She’s been great to me. When I go back there … people treat me well. They treat me good. And she’s got a spark, and we’ve never had coffee together.”

Still, he’s reportedly “having some good rebound fun,” according to a Life & Style source, who shared that his dates are always “trusted and vetted by friends.” Well, Stone would certainly fit into that category since they probably have more than one mutual friend in common. Could this be the next delicious Hollywood pairing? Let’s hope Costner makes a move.
