Khloe Kardashian is channeling her inner zen, and she's not shy about sharing her journey toward peace with the world.

The 40-year-old Kardashians icon took to her Instagram Stories on Monday, October 22, to lay out a series of reflections that have her fans nodding in agreement.

The posts began with a simple yet profound statement, "pray & do the work," followed by a deeper dive, "Growth has taught me that nothing is worth losing my peace over." She rounded off her thoughts with a declaration of self-love: "THE MOST MAGNETIC THING ON EARTH IS LOVING YOUR OWN ENERGY."

This isn't the first time the reality TV star has opened up about her quest for peace. In an Instagram shoutout dedicated to her best friends — twins Malika and Khadijah Haqq — on their 41st birthday earlier this year, Kardashian reflected on the importance of simplicity and genuine friendships as one grows older.

"Growing up is really a crazy thing... when you're younger, all you want to do is party, be out, be seen, be in the mix. You have tons of friends but none of them really know the real you," her post read. "Then, you get a little older and with every year that passes, you crave more and more simplicity. More peace."

The mom of two has faced many personal challenges that have affected her peace throughout the years — including a public and contentious relationship with NBA player Tristan Thompson, who cheated on her multiple times throughout their romance. Thompson's infidelity eventually led the couple to split for good, after he fathered a child outside of his relationship with the Good American co-founder. (While Kardashian shares 6-year-old daughter True and 2-year-old son Tatum with the athlete, Thompson is also dad to 7-year-old son Prince, whom he shares with ex Jordan Craig, as well as 2-year-old son Theo, whom he shares with model Maralee Nichols.

Despite their past issues and a very public paternity dispute, Kardashian has chosen to forgive Thompson, focusing on co-parenting and personal well-being.

"Yeah, I forgive Tristan," she explained in a 2023 confessional. "It doesn't mean I forget what he's done, but I forgive Tristan for me. Because I've got to let that s*** go, I need to for myself. I can't move on with my life if I'm holding onto this bulls***."
