Footage of Kimberly Guilfoyle attending a Donald Trump rally at Madison Square Garden with filters — and without — told two different stories about her skin. Former Trump staffer Richard Grenell uploaded a selfie to Instagram from the event in MSG of himself, Guilfoyle, and Alina Habba on October 27. In it, the former Fox News anchor struck a sultry pose. Her cheekbones were defined, and her skin looked smooth and perfectly contoured. Guilfoyle looked different, however, when she was interviewed outside the venue by U.K.'s Channel 4 News, and was not given the benefit of a filter.
The network asked Guilfoyle to comment on former members of the Trump administration who had spoken out against the one-time president. "There's a lot of people who didn't do their job well, and then, you know, sour grapes," she responded before going into talking points about how strong of a leader Trump was. Not only did that interview show Guilfoyle without the filter, but the cameras were close up, and blemishes were noticeable on her skin. Wrinkles were also prevalent around her mouth, and up to the arch of her nose. In addition to the change in her complexion, Guilfoyle's enhanced lips looked particularly large while fielding the question.

These blemishes did not go unnoticed by members of the Twitterati, who saw a clip posted to X, formerly Twitter. "What's wrong with her face. Ugh," one wrote. "Does that plastic surgeon have malpractice insurance?" another asked. Of course, the MSG rally was not Guilfoyle's only embarrassing makeup moment on the campaign trail, as she had previously caused a stir at other notable events.

Contrasting the way Kimberly Guilfoyle appeared in filtered snaps versus unfiltered footage was also obvious when looking at uploads she made just before the Donald Trump rally at Madison Square Garden. Guilfoyle posted an Instagram carousel on October 26 documenting her trip to Pennsylvania. In those pics, the Rumble media member looked years younger than the undoctored interview outside MSG. In fact, Guilfoyle looked pageant-ready in those pictures, which benefited from a healthy dose of makeup and various photo filters.
Months earlier, Guilfoyle's filter-less makeup look was a distraction at the Republican National Convention in July. While speaking at the RNC, she went extra heavy on the eyeshadow — and all other facets of her beauty care products. This brought an onslaught of online trolling. "Does she have like 4 sets of false eyelashes on??" one X user half-seriously asked. "Why can't these women just practice good skincare & age gracefully," another added.
Not only had the political pundit raked up makeup fails on the campaign trail, but Guilfoyle's hair extensions stuck out like a sore thumb too. She attended the Albanian-American Trump Unity Event in the greater Detroit area on October 17. On top of wearing a revealing white mini-dress, Guilfoyle's hair extensions were an eyesore, as her semi-wavy hair went down to almost her waistline. The faux hair did not achieve the desired look, as instead of adding volume, Guilfoyle's hair looked lifeless atop her head.
