Everyone wants to look and feel their best. And living a life in the public eye is bound to come with its pressures. The momager of all momagers, Kris Jenner, is just like the rest of us. She loves a glam look and has no issue in showing off her MUA’s handiwork whenever she gets the chance. But, her followers are accusing her of “airbrushing,” her snaps this fall.

We live in an age like no other. With the help of filters, apps, makeup, and cosmetic tweaks, anyone can alter their looks in a matter of minutes these days. While it’s pretty much common practice to use filters on any photo that makes it to Instagram nowadays, Kris Jenner is being called out by people who think she’s taking her editing a step too far. Others are jumping to the 68-year-old’s defense, pleading with others to let the mom of six live her life.

Kris Jenner accused of ‘airbrushing’

This October, Kris Jenner’s critics are taking things up a notch by not only accusing The Kardashians star of editing her pictures, but of “setting unrealistic beauty standards”.

The comments come Kris’ way after she shared a photo of herself in full glam wearing a white robe.

She captions her pic: “Had the perfect afternoon with @thebeautysandwich and followed it up tonight with makeup by @busterknight… I’m wearing @kyliecosmetics Kylash mascara and Skin Tint Blurring Elixir!”

Kris, in true momager style, takes the opportunity to plug her daughter’s cosmetics while also showing off her youthful looks.

She gets support from Malika Haqq, Paris Hilton, and Lauren Sanchez in the comments, but the critics are out in full force.

Critics urge Kris to ’embrace aging’

As Kris smiles into the camera lens, glowing, she appears to have angered some people who really want her to “embrace aging”.

One person comments on Kris’ post: “Do better… stop promoting unreal beauty expectations. This is so obviously filtered to the max. Embrace your aging.”

More write: “God, this is absurd. She’s like 70 lol,” and “No lines in her neck please, no one looks like that.”

Others accuse the reality TV star of editing the image, writing: “So photo-tweaked. She literally has no lines or pores. Make-up cannot make you that perfect, but she is a beautiful woman anyway.”

“Filtered… At your age, the neckline cannot escape. Such false people,” another pens.

Thankfully, Kris has her biggest and most loyal fans on her side. Many send compliments her way. A former Miss Universe star also commended Kris for being “brave” in a prior interview with Reality Tidbit.

Margarita Nazarenko said back in February: “If Kris Jenner is scared to age, it makes perfect sense given the media pressure. Be a bit human about it, she’s almost 70.”
