Features of Kumbh Sah'AI'yak

Kumbh Sah'AI'yak, developed by the Prayagraj Mela Authority and UPDESCO, operates on Ola's AI platform, Krutrim. It offers personalised assistance, real-time updates, travel guidance, and event information. This ensures that visitors have a smooth experience during their visit.

Accessibility and Language Support

The chatbot is accessible through the official Maha Kumbh 2025 mobile app and website. It supports interaction in 12 languages including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam, and Bengali. Users can communicate with it using text or voice commands, making it accessible to people with varying technological skills.

To use the chatbot effectively, users can register with their phone number on the platform. This registration allows them to access all features fully. The Bhashini app powers its language support capabilities, ensuring that a wide audience can benefit from its services.

The integration with Google Maps allows the chatbot to guide users to important locations such as bathing ghats, temples, parking areas, and railway stations. This feature helps visitors navigate the vast festival grounds efficiently.

In addition to navigation assistance, Kumbh Sah'AI'yak provides cultural insights by offering historical and traditional information about Maha Kumbh. This enriches the visitor experience by connecting them with the festival's rich heritage.
