Kylie Jenner gives rare sneak peek inside $36.5m Holmby Hills mansion featuring $15k Dior treadmill and nude artwork

KYLIE Jenner has given fans a glimpse inside her lavish $36.5m mansion.

The mom-of-two, 27, took to her Instagram stories on Sunday to show off some opulent corners of her home.

Kylie resides in the modern mansion in the Holmby Hills area of Beverly Hills and Bel Air.

The "exceptionally built and designed single-story compound" was purchased by the star for $36,500,000. It was built in 2019.

Kylie, who is a doting mom to daughter Stormi, 6, and son Aire, 2, also has two other homes being built: one in Calabasas and one in the Hidden Hills.

But keen to show off her Holmby Hills home, Kylie shared some gorgeous photos on social media over the weekend.

One snap saw Kylie's massive home cinema which featured rows of plush gray seating in front of a huge screen.

The seats had cup holders in the arm rests, with several rows situated in front of the gigantic cinema screen which is perfect for watching the latest flicks.

The next snap that Kylie posted was of her dining area, with the star making a confession alongside the snap.

"Things around my home that make me happy," she penned over the top of the photo that saw a large dining table against a white wall.

NUDE ARTWORK

The dining table, which looked to be made of marble, had gray chairs around it and a huge piece of wall art behind it.

The wall art that could be seen in Kylie's dining area had a bright green background and a nude illustration of what looked like a lady shaving her legs.

A boucle chair in a cozy nook was what the next snap was of, with the space looking warm and comfy with a warm glowing light beaming into the shot.

Showing off a more personal corner of her home, Kylie shared a snap of a black and white photo hanging on the wall that saw her posing with all of her siblings and her parents.

The next snap was of a wooden kids' table sitting beside a glass door, which led out into the backyard.

Made from a pine-colored wood, the table had two chairs around it, with another table and chair set seen in the background through the glass door.

Over the top of the snap, Kylie penned, "Still love this kids table even though I fractured my knee while playing tag with my kids on this."

VAIN AND IN VOGUE

The next snap was of a dark wooden cabinet with Vogue magazines on top.

The Vogue magazines in question had her sister Kendall Jenner gracing one of the front covers, and Kylie herself with her daughter Stormi gracing the other.

Another photograph shared on her story was a round coffee table with a bowl of gold-wrapped Rolo chocolates in the center.

"Rolos, obviously," she penned alongside the snap.

Showing off her home gym in the next offering, Kylie flaunted her wealth by displaying her Christian Dior treadmill.

$15,000 TREADMILL

The treadmill was a limited edition piece by the brand in 2022, with Dior describing the ­$15,000 treadmill as "elegant, user-friendly, intuitive and quiet."

After showing off her gym and expensive designer treadmill, Kylie shared a snap of some Thanksgiving cookies that her mom Kris Jenner had sent.

The spray-painted turkey-shaped cookies were all bundled into a brown box, with the next slide showing off Kylie's favorite drink, Sprinter.
