Lauryn Goodman, 33, shared a fan’s take that Annie Kilner was responsible for her kids going without presents from their dad this Christmas - and didn’t disagree with the idea.
The Celebs Go Dating star welcomed son Kairo, four, in 2020, followed by a daughter Kinara, one, in 2023, shared with footballer Kyle Walker, 34. Shockingly, the Manchester City captain reportedly didn’t get any gifts for the two young kids. Kyle has been in a relationship with Annie since 2010, and they tied the knot in 2022 but are now in the process of divorcing. Kyle and Annie have four children of their own, and rumours suggest he’s focusing on his kids with Annie while overlooking Kairo and Kinara in an effort to keep the peace after cheating on Annie with Lauryn.
Lauryn Goodman hosted a Q&A on her Instagram Stories today, and the topic of her fractured Christmas inevitably came up. “Did ‘that’ even attempt to buy the kids for Christmas or even a card or does the ball and chain not allow,” one fan asked. Lauryn didn’t fight with the reference to Annie as Kyle’s “ball and chain,” and instead brutally responded: “You said it…”

Instagram/lauryngoodman91)After Kyle allegedly didn’t get Kairo and Kinara any gifts, even his closest supporters are said to have taken him to heel. “They feel really upset for the children and for Lauryn who is always trying to do right by their kids," a source told the Sun. “They were hoping Kyle would put aside his differences for the sake of the children. But to leave them with nothing to open for another year is just really sad.”
While Lauryn lives in a £2.4 million mansion in East Sussex bought by Kyle, that’s reportedly the extent of his involvement with his second family. “He’s never been a part of Lauryn’s Christmas celebrations with the children. There’s no reason this year would be any different."
After Kyle kept his affair with Lauryn a secret, she is said to have told Annie about Kairo and Kinara on December 27 last year - and Annie wanted this to be a better Christmas. "Annie and Kyle will be together this Christmas with their kids, but things are still up in the air. Just when they think they are making progress, Lauryn pipes up and causes trouble,” a source told Heat magazine.
"Annie’s Christmas was ruined last year, and she is determined to enjoy this one, but she is terrified Lauryn will try something else to disrupt their lives. It’s going to be tough.”
It was previously claimed that Annie had banned Kyle from seeing his children with Lauryn, however a spokesperson for the mum-of-four told the Mirror: "The idea that Annie has banned Kyle from seeing Lauryn’s children is simply untrue. The way Lauryn has behaved towards Annie and her children has made it impossible for Kyle to forge an emotional relationship with them without protecting the privacy of his own family. Kyle provides for Lauryn's children financially and will continue to do so.
"They don’t enjoy the spectacle involving children and are frustrated that Lauryn continues to play it out so publicly without thought for the feelings of all the young ones involved."
