One of the seven lawsuits filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs this week claims that a professional athlete had to stop the mogul from s*xually assaulting a man at a launch party for the Ciroc vodka brand.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a man who said the alleged attack only stopped because of the intervention of a professional athlete.

John Doe says the attempted assault went down in 2022 during a party in Los Angeles and says he is the “owner of a family business specializing in renting luxury cars and jewelry.

Doe says Diddy invited him to the party, which had several high-profile celebrity guests, and that the Bad Boy boss asked him to come to his office.

He said when he got to the office, Diddy was intoxicated and that he was “acting strangely.”

Diddy then allegedly “removed his pants and exposed his g*nitals to Plaintiff,” and then grabbed Doe’s genitals and began “squeezing them in a rough and sexual manner.”

Doe was shocked and did not know what to do and that when things began to escalate, an unnamed professional athlete “entered the office and, intervened which ended the Combs’ assault.”

As a result of the incident, Doe says he suffered “significant emotional distress and trauma” and is suing Diddy for compensatory and punitive damages.
