Liam Payne remembered at 2025 Grammy Awards with moving tribute after death

4 hours ago 4

The 67th Grammy Awards ceremony took a poignant turn as it honoured former One Direction star Liam Payne in its 'In Memoriam' segment.

The show remembered those from the music community who have passed in the last year, featuring clips of Payne with his band and a still of the late singer's smile.

Payne tragically died after falling from his hotel room balcony in Argentina in October.

During the tribute, Chris Martin performed 'All My Love', and fans took to social media platform X, previously known as Twitter, to express their feelings about the "beautiful" homage.

A fan commented: "I’m so glad they gave him his moment and listed him as a singer, songwriter, and member of one direction", while another shared: "I love and miss him so much. Rest in peace angel."

Many mourned the loss, expressing that he will "always be in our hearts".

Other notable figures remembered in the ceremony were American actor and singer Kris Kristofferson, Tito Jackson of The Jackson 5 fame, and Wayne Osmond, an American musician.
