Liam Payne's huge mansion has gone up for rent almost one month after his death.

The late 31-year tragically fell to his death from the balcony of his third floor hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The star died after suffering multiple traumas leading to an "internal and external haemorrhage". But weeks before Liam and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy jetted to Argentina, the pair had moved into a lavish property in Florida costing almost $10,000 per month.

Liam and Kate had signed a short-term lease on the home in the summer of this year. The pair had also given fans an insight into their home on Snapchat and Instagram.

But according to reports, the five-bedroom home in Wellington, South Florida, has now been placed on the market for a whopping $9,950 per calendar month, according to TMZ.

One month before his heartbreaking death, Liam took fans on a tour of his new Spanish-style mansion. The property boasts a lavish entrance which leads directly into its gourmet kitchen, perfect for hosting dinner events and gatherings. Kate and Liam also gave fans a look at their large saltwater swimming pool, complete with a waterfall as they kicked back and relaxed in the intense Florida heat. If they fancied soaking up the sun more privately, the home offered a balcony situated across the entrance.

Their home sits in a gated community, lined with palm trees with a nearby club house on the luxury estate offering a gym, spa and tennis courts. Shortly after moving into the home, Kate took fans on a tour of the property and explained that while she often gave fans a look around their hotel rooms, their new home was the perfect opportunity to show off.

Taking to TikTok, she could be seen standing in front of a palm tree outside the entrance of the home and said: "I'm always doing little hotel tours – and we just moved so I figured I'd do a mini house tour." She later moved into the living room are which was complete with mustard coloured sofas, wooden tables, ornaments and candles, adding: "Honestly this is kinda fun… welcome to the house."

Although they were still in the process of moving into the home, she explained it was "super fun" as she pointed out their staircase leading to the first floor of their home. The home also had a second living room area which gave a more chilled out and evening vibe, with Kate explaining: "Living room number 2… Which a little darker and a more nighttime vibe… If you want sun and your cup of coffee in the morning living room number one is your place to be."

Kate had returned to Florida just four days before Liam fell to his death, explaining she "hated" being in one place for such a long period of time and had originally planned on being in South America for just five days – which later turned into two weeks. She told fans: "I was just like, 'I need to go home'. I loved South America but I hate staying in one place for too long. We were supposed to be there for five days, turned into two weeks and I was just, like, I need to go home."

Liam tragically died on October 16, minutes after staff at the swanky Casa Sur Palermo hotel called emergency services, claiming a male guest may "put his life at risk" due to being under the influence of both drink and drugs. It's believed that Liam fell from his balcony at 5.04pm local time, with an ambulance arriving minutes later at 5.11pm – but he was sadly pronounced dead on arrival.
