Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein’s ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein, accused her of refusing to agree to a non-disparagement clause in their divorce war as one of her lawyers tries to drop out of the case, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Lenny, 58, said he has been unable to finalize his divorce, which he filed in 2022, due to Lisa, 42, refusing to agree to certain terms.
Lisa and Lenny share a son named Logan, born in 2015, and a daughter named Elle Marie, born in 2019. The Florida plastic surgeon explained that “the parties have reached resolution in most issues.”
Lenny said that in June 2023 they hashed out a Marital Settlement Agreement, “which resolves and settles all controverted and disputed financial matters at issues in this action including but not limited to equitable distribution and child support.”
Lenny had been paying $8,000 per month in temporary support before the deal.
In his new filing, Lenny said, “The parties have been working on a parenting plan which is mostly agreed to and to which they have been abiding by to-date.”
Lenny’s lawyer said they have been unable to agree to the final draft of the parenting plan as “[Lisa] is refusing to agree to a non-disparagement and confidential provision.”
His lawyer added, “Of course, the parties keeping their personal matters confidential and not disparaging each other whether publicly or privately, especially around the minor children, is ALWAYS in the best interest of the children.”
His lawyer said, “Yet again for reasons unknown [Lisa] will not agree to said provisions.”
Further, Lenny accused Lisa of violating their settlement agreement by taking furniture not awarded to her in the deal. On top of that, one of Lisa’s lawyers, John Lambros, asked to withdraw as the Bravo star’s lawyer.
The attorney said Lisa had another lawyer who that was capable of taking care of the case without him. The firm also filed a lien for attorney’s fees against Lisa.
The lawyer said Lisa owed $26,573 for services provided to her in the divorce. Back in April, US Weekly reported that Lenny accused Lisa of taking a Fendi foyer table worth $35,000, every single plant inside their Florida mansion and 90 percent of their artwork. He claimed Lisa also took their waffle maker, which he used to make their children breakfast.
“[Lisa] never used it and clearly took it anyway just to prevent [Lenny] from enjoying his weekend tradition with his children,” Lenny’s lawyer argued in court documents.
Lisa told the outlet about the motion, “Lenny’s actions continue to sadden me as they continue to hurt our children.”
On Halloween, Lenny was spotted with his ex-fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, two months after calling off their engagement.
The duo posed for photos at a Halloween party but did not explain the status of their relationship.
On September 4, Lenny told Page Six, “We recently ended our engagement. I have decided to move forward with my life.” He told the outlet he had “nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family” and is “proud of her growth as a woman.”
