LISA is channeling her Alter Ego for her upcoming solo album.

The BLACKPINK singer announced news of the project on November 19, after already dropping three singles earlier in the year. Keep reading for everything we know about the album:

When Does ‘Alter Ego’ Come Out?

Alter Ego drops on February 28, 2025. The K-pop singer first announced the news of her album on November 20, unveiling the trailer for her upcoming project.

Ahead of the news, LISA revealed in an interview with Billboard that she was feeling “scared and nervous” to break out on her own — but with the success of her three singles this year, the Thai singer feels like she’s finally gained her footing and having “fun” with it.

“When (my singles) came out, the reaction from the fans, it’s healing me,” Lisa told the magazine. “It’s like, ‘Oh, my God. Yeah — I did a great job!'”

What Is ‘Alter Ego’ Album’s Official Tracklist?

Alter Ego will include Lisa’s recent singles “Rockstar,” “New Woman” (featuring Rosalía) and “Moonlit Floor.” However, an official tracklist has yet to be unveiled.

Is BLACKPINK Breaking Up?

Earlier this year, Lisa created her own management company and label, LLOUD, and a partnership with RCA Records in which she will own her masters.

Her newest project does not mean an end to BLACKPINK, though — as the the group has agreed to reunite in 2025.

“Of course we want to do more, because Blackpink, it’s part of our lives,” she told the outlet. “We still want to accomplish more. But on the other side, we also wanted to do something for our solo careers.”

The other three members are also trying their hand at solo ventures, with both Jennie and Rosé releasing their own music this year, as well.

“We know each other so well and know how much energy we have to put into every single project,” Lisa said of her bandmates. “So we want to support and say, ‘You did really well!’ Like, Jennie and Rosie just released their own songs, and we’re on texts, we’re on FaceTime. They’re like family. I’m just so happy that they’re releasing something. This is what we all wanted to do, so I just wanted to say that I really do love their songs.”
