He is averaging 18.8 rebounds + assists in this stretch, and there is nothing fluky about the numbers. He is averaging over 16 potential assists and over 13 rebound chances in this stretch as well.
So, if we are banking on a roughly 60 percent conversion rate for potential assists and 50 percent conversion rate (which is low) for rebounds, then that would get us to the number needed to hit this over. That is without even going into the matchup, which is a juicy one against the Hornets for both his rebounds and assists props.
According to Props.Cash, the Hornets are the seventh-best matchup in the NBA for point guard R+A props, which makes sense when you dig into it.
They have allowed the third-most rebounds per game to PGs, and the play types they struggle to defend lead to big assist numbers.
They allow the fourth-most points per game to PnR roll men, the most points per game via dribble handoffs, the fourth-most off screens and the fourth-most points per possession to spot-up shooters.
All of these plays are assisted, and that has led to the Hornets allowing the seventh-most assists per game to PGs. Cunningham honestly is not a bad bet for a triple-double, either, which is offered at +900 at Bet365.

Rudy Gobert Double-Double (+110) FanDuel
Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Toronto Raptors, 7:30 p.m. ET
This is a sneaky buy-low spot on Rudy Gobert. Yes, he has recorded a double-double in three straight games, but in both of those games, he went under both his rebounds and his points prop.
So, while there is the notion that Gobert has been struggling recently, he has still gotten to double-digit points and rebounds in this three-game stretch. He had also missed getting a double-double in the six straight games prior to that.
The Raptors are a decent matchup for Gobert in general, and he has also previously performed well when playing against Raptors center Jakob Poeltl.
According to hashtag.NBA, the Raptors have allowed the most points per game to centers in the entire NBA at 25.6. We have seen multiple players with a similar scoring profile go over their points prop against the Raptors, per PropsMadness, detailed below:
- Jalen Duren, 11/15: 12 points on an o/u of 11.5
- Nick Richards, 10/30: 24 points on an o/u of 10.5
- Rudy Gobert, 10/26: 15 points on an o/u of 12.5
The Raptors are admittedly not quite as juicy of a matchup on paper for center rebounds props, but, as mentioned previously, Gobert has rebounded the ball well in his matchups against the Raptors and Jakob Poeltl in the past.
The last three times these two have played against each other, which includes one game this year, Gobert collected 12, 13 and 12 rebounds. If we go back to Poeltl's time on the Spurs, Gobert got to at least 10 rebounds in seven of those nine games.
He scored double-digit points in eight of these nine games as well, including all three games in which Poeltl was on the Raptors.
It all adds up to make this a great play, especially at plus-money.

Chris Paul 10+ Assists (+140) bet365
Utah Jazz vs. San Antonio Spurs, 8 p.m. ET
On the season, the Jazz have allowed the second-most assists per game to point guards. Unsurprisingly, they are the second-best matchup for PG assists props as well. Similarly to the Hornets, these numbers make sense when you dig into them.
The Jazz are allowing the second-most catch-and-shoot 3-point attempts (3PA) against them, the second-most points per possession to the PnR roll man and the most points per game off screens.
For all three of those play types, whoever is passing the ball to those players (the person attempting the catch-and-shoot 3PA, the roll man, and the player running off the screen), gets a potential assist for that FGA.
What this means is that whoever is the main playmaker on the team playing the Jazz has an excellent opportunity to rack up a bunch of assists.
This includes Chris Paul, who has played the Jazz twice this season. In those two games, he racked up 22 and 20 potential assists.
He only got to the 10-plus assists number in one of those two games, but we will gladly take 20 potential assists, which he has reached both times he faced Utah this year.
Chris Paul 10+ assists (+140): 1 Unit
