Love Island royalty Olivia and Alex Bowen want to make a sensational return to the show.
The couple hope to fly to South Africa to mentor contestants on the current All Stars series. Given they have been together for almost nine years, they know a thing or two about making a relationship work.
Olivia, who was on the second series of the show, said: “We would happily be on hand to offer any advice for the new couples. We’re loving watching this series. They’re having fun, enjoying themselves and doing exactly what they need to be doing to experience Love Island the right way!
“I feel like they will definitely cherish it more this time around as well, because they know what it’s like to leave and go back to the outside world.”
Alex and Olicia have also become known for their impressive property empire. After finishing second on the show to e Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey, the pair stayed together and tied the knot just two years later.
Having sold their luxury Essex mansion which they spent four years renovating, the couple moved into their four bedroom, self-build home in June last year, which they bought as a Golden Brick plot.
Nowadays, their investments include two rental homes, a couple more properties they’ve bought this year and are in the process of finalising, and a house in Spain. “
Despite their success, Olivia and Alex, who share a son Abel who was born in 2022, have shared their major regrets about their fame.
Back in 2017, the couple starred on Just Tattoo Of Us where they were tasked with giving each other embarrassing tattoos. However in November last year, Olivia said she was going through the "painful" process of getting her tattoo removed.
Alex chose a cartoon drawing of Olivia riding a cow to put on her thigh, but she no longer wants it on her body. Olivia exclusively told us: "I am actually in the process of getting it removed. It's actually pretty painful, I won't lie, but it's actually working really well.
"It's going well and I've got my third session soon. I think it will all go 100%. I don't know if I'm in the market for any more tattoos so I don't think I'll get a cover-up."
When asked if they regret going on the show, Olivia responded: "Oh yeah, we were young and stupid." Before her husband Alex added: "Honestly, if I could put my head now on a younger version of myself, it's ridiculous. But it was funny at the time."
