Love Island on brink of 'losing another star' after Scott Thomas quits show

Love Island's Scott Thomas sensationally quit the show this week and left the Islanders in tears, however fans are now worried that another contestant is going to call it quits

Love Island fans reckon All Stars is on the brink of losing another huge name after Scott Thomas quit the show.

In sad scenes, Scott, 36, left the villa following the latest recoupling, with reports suggesting the brother of Coronation Street star, Ryan Thomas, couldn't "fake is feelings" for Season Two O.G, Tina Stinnes.

The Islanders were in tears when Scott said his goodbyes, but now fans are worried that current contestant, Ron Hall, 27, is also on the verge on walking out.

Ron entered the villa as a bombshell after making his debut on Love Island two years ago where he reached the final with ex-Lana Jenkins. There were high hopes for the Essex native, who flirted fabulously during his first time on the show. However, now viewers are worried he's "gone under the radar".

Fans claim the singleton, who was the first partially-sighted contestant on the reality TV series, is getting a "ghost edit" both on the weekday episodes and weekend spin-off, Unseen Bits. One took to X to write: "Ron’s getting a ghost edit even in Unseen Bits." Another posted: "Totes forgot Ron was even there until he popped up in one scene. He is wallpaper." A third asked: "What happened to Ron's flirt game this season of @LoveIsland All Stars?" Meanwhile, a fourth referenced his ex, Lana, quipping: "Lana wouldn’t give this Ron the time of day."

Ron signed up to star in the ITV2 spin-off as a bombshell after his latest relationship with Lydia Karakyriakou came to an end at Christmas. He previously said he'd never go on a dating show again, but the lure of finding love under the South African sun clearly proved too tempting.

However, Ron hinted that he would quit All Stars before stepping foot in the villa on a podcast with his Love Island pal, Tanyel Revan. Admitting that he wouldn't be able to stand by and watch if his ex, Lana, were to be on the show and start cracking on with other men, he said: "If I was to be in there... if, obviously Lana would be in there, it would be a little bit trickier." Explaining himself a bit further, he later added: "I would just leave this time. If I was having a bad time, I would just go."

Despite his doubts about Lana, Ron wasted no time in making an entrance when he rocked up on All Stars last month. Making a beeline for Ronnie Vint's then partner, Elma Pazar, he accused the Islander of over-reacting to Ronnie's kiss with Kaz Crossley - leaving Ronnie fuming and viewers thinking Ron had his sights set on Elma.
