Luann de Lesseps hinted that Andy Cohen almost ran into Bethenny Frankel at a party but “just missed her,” and she shared more details about her own strange encounter with Bethenny. The Real Housewives of New York star also gave an update on her cabaret career, and she revealed what her kids now do for a living.
Though Andy and Bethenny were once close, she accused him in November of belittling the current discussions about alleged alcohol abuse and racism on Bravo.
During the recent party, Bethenny apparently was nice to Luann – her former co-star with whom she’s feuded for years. But Luann later hinted that Bethenny had ulterior motives.
In an interview for the Scheananigans podcast, Luann addressed her recent run-in with Bethenny at the celeb-filled party.
She suggested that Andy almost ran into Bethenny, but he “just missed her” before they had a chance to cross paths.
“Thank God,” commented Luann, who then shared more details about her own convo with Bethenny.
According to Luann, Bethenny “concede[d]” to her that “life is a cabaret” years after Bethenny shaded her for making the claim. Luann said that at the party, Bethenny told her that Bryn, Bethenny’s daughter, is a “fan” of Luann, and she asked if they could all take a picture together.
“I said, ‘Bethenny, make sure you share the pictures with me,'” Luann recalled. “[But] I never got the pictures because she wanted to post them first. And then, you know, I figure out I’m blocked on [her] socials … Then she does a TikTok the next day, like, kumbaya, we’re all good.”
“She [said in the video,] ‘Bryn was the bridge that got me back to being with Luann, like she did with my mother,'” Luann added. “I’m like, ‘Oh my god I feel used and abused right here’ … She kinda used her daughter to do that … Really, are we friends if I’m still blocked on social media? … Now I’m blocked on TikTok as well.'”
Speaking with The Daily Dish, Luann shared that she’ll be touring across the country for her ‘Marry, F, Kill’ cabaret show before transitioning to her holiday special, A Very Countess Christmas.
She then addressed her kids’ careers.
Luann’s son Noel de Lesseps is getting ready for a solo art exhibit at Montauk’s The Ranch. “He’s doing really well with his art,” she explained. “So I’m very proud. If you check him out on Instagram, you’ll see his work is amazing.”
“My daughter [Victoria de Lesseps] still paints and is an artist, but lately she’s into teaching meditation and connecting to the power of the soul [in Bridgehampton]. You know, all that good stuff,” Luann added. “She’s doing very well and teaching, actually.”
Per a post on Victoria’s Instagram, she also offers “psychic mediumship readings,” which is “a great way to receive guidance, inspiration, and healing in your life by connecting to spirit, your ancestors and your loved ones in spirit.”
