Macy Gray caused chaos on The Masked Singer Australia three years before she stormed off the UK version of the smash-hit show.
The I Try star, 57, sent fans into frenzy on Saturday night after she 'threw a strop' after being eliminated as Toad in the Hole, with producers reportedly spending nearly an hour convincing the singer to return for her unmasking and final performance.
Viewers couldn't believe what they were seeing as many took to social media discussing the bamboozling scenes on the family show. However, it's not the first time Macy has caused a ruckus on The Masked Singer.

Ten)Three years ago she took part in the Australian version of the programme in which celebrities don all manner of ridiculous costumes, trying to win over the judges with their vocal prowess.
One of the Aussie show's judges, Dave 'Hughesy' Hughes, said Macy who was unmasked as Atlantis, 'refused to leave' despite being told it was time to take off her mask and say goodbye.
He told 2Day FM's Morning Crew: "Macy Gray had such passion for The Masked Singer that when she was told that she had to leave the show, which you saw last night, she refused to leave the show. She said: 'No, I'm continuing in the show,' and there had to be a discussion which went for quite a while as to: 'No, you have to leave.' She said: 'No, I'm not leaving.'"

ITV)Explaining her antics put the programme in jeopardy, he continued: "The thing is, we can't do the end of the show unless the head comes off."
Co-host Ed Kavalee then said: "So, she still had the head on, and they're saying: 'Hey, Macy-slash-Atlantis, we need you to take the head off so you can go.' [And] she's responding: 'No I'm keeping the head on"?'
Fellow anchor Erin Molan speculated that the singer wanted to stay on the show longer to secure a bigger payday. "I don't know the contractual situation…" Hughesy responded, adding that Macy took a lot of convincing before she agreed to take her mask off and leave.
It comes after the Masked Singer crew reportedly 'took ages to persuade Macy Gray to go back on stage' - after the star was the third person to be voted off the UK version of the show on Saturday.
When host Joel Dommett announced that Toad in the Hole was going home, Macy didn't stay around for the customary reveal and instead walked off the stage. A source who was at the show recording told The Sun: "This character turned around and shuffled off stage, which was hilarious in their costume obviously, but we were all stunned."
They added: "We knew something was going on because we saw lots of to-ing and fro-ing with crew before the person eventually came back on stage."
