BOMBSHELL beauty Maya Jama returned to our screens this week for ITV's Love Island All Stars.
And while her saucy red launch night dress got hearts racing, the vivacious presenter's incredible toned figure was even more eye-catching.
Luckily, the TV presenter and Radio DJ's favourite Pilates instructor has shared the method she's used to achieve her body - and the gym class she just can't get enough.
Marsha Lindsay is the founder of Nobu Pilates in London, and the trainer Maya uses to achieve her incredible physique.
Marsha spoke to Women's Health and spilled the truth behind Maya's magic exercise combo.
The fitness guru said that Maya uses a mix of both "strength training" and "Pilates."
Marsha says the Pilates moves build Maya's muscles and "propel" her weight-lifting, while they also keep her safe and "prevent injury".
When used together in a routine, the two exercises build a strong base for Maya to "reach her goals".
And it seems Maya just can't get enough of Pilates.
Despite how busy she is (what with keeping the nation entertained on their TV screens and through their radio waves), Maya always makes sure to fit some reformer Pilates classes in around her schedule.
In addition to this, she loves to mix the type of reformer up too - attending different classes to target different fitness goals.
Maya heads to swanky Nobu to do one of three classes: Power, Precision or Pure.

Nobu's website describes Power as "a high-energy, full-body, HIIT-style class delivering fast-flow fusion Pilates."
It says Precision is "a targeted workout focusing on specific muscle groups, allowing you to sculpt your upper or lower body."
While it calls Pure "a masterclass using all original Pilates equipment, combining the reformer, tower, and chairs for a full-body workout and education in good posture and core strength."
How to blast belly fat WITHOUT going to gym or dieting
Chew your food
This mindfulness trick is used to focus your brain on the food you are eating - how it tastes and feels - rather than scoffing it in a hurry. If the brain does not register that you have eaten, you'll soon crave more food.
Avocado a day
Eating avocado every day can fight visceral fat in women, which collects around the organs in the stomach and can lead to diabetes, heart attack, and some cancers, according to a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign study of 105 people.
Avoid fizzy drinks
Losing belly “fat” may just be a case of preventing bloating, which can be onset by fizzy soft drinks. Instead, keep hydrated with water.
Reduce alcohol
Alcohol does no favours at all for our health or figures. It is 'empty calories', meaning it contributes to your calorie intake without giving any nutritional benefit.
Hangovers can also lead you to eat more fatty foods, while putting you off exercising.
Sleep more
Various studies have shown that if you’re not sleeping well, it can cause weight gain.
People are more likely to crave junk food when they are sleep deprived because, not only are they in need of an energy boost, but their appetite hormones are all over the place.
Reduce stress
Stress causes an imbalance of hormones, particularly cortisol. This hormone has been linked with obesity and excess belly fat.
Find ways to reduce your stress to avoid the so-called 'stress belly'.
Marsha call Maya "all-round good mover" who "enjoys all of the workouts" but she says she has a particular penchant for the upper-body exercises.
Fans go wild for Maya's pics
And Maya's hard work in the gym has clearly paid off, as her 3 million Instagram followers went wild for her latest Love Island snaps.
The star posted a sneaky behind-the-scenes glimpse of her launch night looks.
Her stunning outfits highlighted her lean, athletic figure.
Literally the most stunning human being on planet earth.
