Megan Fox Is Pregnant, Expecting Her Fourth Baby With Ex-Fiancé Machine Gun Kelly

Megan Fox is pregnant! The actress revealed that she is expecting her fourth baby, her first with on-again, off-again boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly. Though she didn’t share details about her due date or the baby’s gender, she confirmed the joyous news with a sultry maternity photoshoot, which she posted to Instagram.

In the pictures shared with her 21.7 million followers, Fox posed nude while covered in an inky black substance that dripped over her body and pooled around her. The 38-year-old sweetly cradled her growing bump, which she tagged the rapper’s handle over. She also included an image of her positive pregnancy test.

The announcement comes a year after the Jennifer’s Body star revealed that she had miscarried in 2023. “I’d never been through anything like that in my life,” Fox revealed at the time while promoting her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, on Good Morning America. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us,” she added about the musician. “It sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” she said.

But it appears the couple have overcome their loss, with Fox writing “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” as the caption to her post.

Fox is already mother to three children, Noah, 11, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 7, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, is father to 15-year-old daughter Casie with former girlfriend Emma Cannon.

The couple met in 2020 while filming in Puerto Rico for the crime thriller Midnight in the Switchgrass. Fox then later appeared in the music video for his 2021 single “Bloody Valentine”, which was released days after she filed for divorce. The 34-year-old proposed in 2022 with a emerald and diamond ‘toi et moi’ engagement ring that was reportedly designed to “hurt” when Fox took it off. They celebrated the milestone by drinking each other’s blood, though the couple initially called it quits soon after. In 2023, Fox confirmed to Alex Cooper on her Call Me Daddy podcast that she officially ended her engagement.

“I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se,” she began. “What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what,” she added. “I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”

Fox was not wearing the ring in her pregnancy announcement and has not disclosed if they’re officially back together.
