Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright have announced they are expecting their first child together.
The couple have been married for nine years and are now set to expand their family. Former Coronation Street star Michelle and TOWIE legend Mark shared the news in a sweet Instagram post.
In the photo, Michelle looked serene in an all-white outfit on a beach, with one hand gently cradling her growing bump. Hubby Mark could be seen walking towards her as she smiled.
In the caption, the Brassic actress wrote: "2025 is going to be a special one for us." She ended it with a baby emoji and a white heart.
The couple's showbiz friends and fans were quick to shower them with excited comments. Vicky Pattison said: "Congratulations you gorgeous pair. So happy for you both."
Love Island's Amber Davies said: "The best news ever." As Corrie's Ellie Leach said: "Amazing, congratulations."
Mark's close friend and TOWIE co-star James Argent said: "I love you and I'm so happy for you both. You're going to be amazing parents. I can't wait to be an uncle."
One follower said: "OMG how absolutely wonderful for you both! Congratulations." And another said: "OMG no I'm so happy for you both!"
Michelle has long been outspoken about the "sexist" line of questions she gets about when she'll become a mum.
She previously said: "It’s horrible. People don’t know if we’re trying. They don’t know the background of what’s happening.
"In this day and age, you shouldn’t be asking questions like that. I’m asked purely because I’m a woman. But I’m immune to it now – it’s like a reaction, and as soon as I hear it I brush it off as it’s no one else’s business."
The couple got married in 2015. Since then they've shared glimpses of their loved-up lives together, including at their stunning mansion.
