The Real Housewives husbands Eddie Judge, 51, and Edwin Arroyave, 47, take to the airwaves this fall to share their stance on self-care. As the other halves of Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge, fans could assume the men have high standards to meet, and theyâre now lifting the lid on what they do to stay looking their best.
The Bravo starsâ The Eds podcast episode was recorded prior to the news Teddi Mellencamp filed for divorce from Edwin Arroyave. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared the news via Instagram this November while stating that their four kids are her top priority.
Edwin and Eddie lift the lid on self-care
Eddie and Edwin share what men really do for self-care this fall. Eddie spills the tea on his eyebrow and nose hair waxing routine, while Edwin has a DIY hack for the same thing.
âI used to care about it when I was younger. It felt like fashion was more important 20 years ago. Now, everyoneâs just wearing t-shirts and stuffâŠâ says Edwin.
He adds: âItâs so much easier to get dressed now⊠The whole athletic wear and everything.â

Eddie says he began caring about âself-care and self-consciousnessâ when he went from seventh to eighth grade.
He says he thought he had to âlook good for girls.â
Edwin adds how he thinks itâs âall about confidenceâ reflecting on his single days of getting a haircut, hitting the town, and âhaving success with women.â
As the two move onto the topic of aging, they agree there is âhair coming out of places it never used to.â
The two agree that maintaining their appearances hasnât come without some pain.
Edwin details getting his leg hair âlaseredâ adding how it was super painful.
âI had to tell Teddi why I did that,â he adds and then explains how he opted for three treatments and left it at that.
âThen the hair grew back to top it off,â he adds.
Speaking of the hair on his head, Edwin says heâs been dying it for the past eight years and âhas a lot of grey hair.â
He explains his wife, Teddi, âloves his gray hairâ but heâs ânot there yet.â
Speaking of Tamra, Eddieâs wife, the two discuss her latest plastic surgery. Eddie says heâd âneverâ opt for the same procedures she has done.
Edwin talks exercise these days
Reflecting on his younger years, Edwin shares how his relationship with exercise has changed.
âFitness-wise, I began working out for vanity reasons,â he explains.
The father of four adds: âNow, it relaxes me, itâs part of my mental health. I run because it helps me with anxiety, it keeps me sane.â
Speaking of his morning routine, Edwin says the âfirst hour is so important.â
The former RHOBH star emphasizes how crucial hydration is for him, before opening his bible app and reading âat least one little chapter a day.â
While brushing his teeth in the morning, Edwin says he does a âgratitude exerciseâ which involves thinking of what heâs âhappy and excited about,â as well as what heâs âproud ofâ and âgrateful for.â
âGratitude is so important, right?â he asks.
Edwin opts for a 6:30 am fitness class each day as well as a breakfast shake. At night time, he tells listeners he tries to get six hours of sleep and goes to bed around 9:30 pm.
However, since recording the podcast episode, he has been taking to Instagram to update his followers on his lack of sleep and self-care routines.
