Friends and family gathered together to remember the life of Linda Nolan in Blackpool on Saturday.
The singer died aged 65 with her famous sisters by her side on January 15. Her final hours were said to have been full of "love and comfort". And alongside her loved ones at an emotional funeral ceremony on Saturday were a number of celebrity pals. Among them was Lisa Maffia, who grew close to the family after performing on stage with Linda's sister Coleen Nolan.
Paying tribute to both Nolan sisters, Lisa told the Mirror at the service: "I did the full Monty with Coleen and we connected through that. She was one of those angels who always gave me prompts to be happy and smile. She was just a very positive person."

'I’m in full glam for you Linda', because she’d love me in full glam. The sun is shining for her and she’s just such an amazing person. She just lit up every room she walked into."
The pregnant reality star added: "We just used to have so many different memories, travelling all around the country, having a laugh and just getting up to mischief. That was our favourite thing to do."

I first met her in 1979, we did panto together the first time, and we did twice more. We had linking dressing rooms and a table in the middle with the drinks on! Brian and I liked a Scotch. She was a beautiful woman and was a great friend to me."
The beloved star's funeral service was held at St Paul's Church, the same place where Linda exchanged vows with her "soulmate" husband, the late Brian Hudson, in 1981. The service featured some of Linda's favourite music. Following the service, mourners exited the church to the sound of applause as Linda's sparkly pink coffin was carried out. In her touching eulogy, Linda's sister Denise remarked that she would have "loved all the fuss".
The procession then continued to the crematorium. Linda had bravely planned her own funeral two years before her death. She admitted at the time she selflessly wanted to save her siblings from further heartache. Among her special requests for the day were asking for a pink and sparkly coffin. They request was honoured by her family to ensure the showbiz legend received the perfect send-off.
