Strictly Come Dancing partners Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal have sparked up rumours with fans of the show believing the pair are secretly together.
The pair have been fuelling romantic rumours thanks to their sexy dances and undeniable chemistry, as well as coming close to kissing whilst on the dance floor.
However it has been confirmed that Jowita has a secret boyfriend, Calum Laming a 47-year-old British Airways worker. The couple met at a Comic Relief charity event, and now live together after moving in last summer.
The couple attended the Pride of Britain Awards together last week, as well as Calum attending the Strictly pros last year to watch her preform.
Jowita has reportedly "fallen hard" for Calum, reports the Mirror.
A source told the Daily Mail that Jowita "is hugely ambitious and is determined to win Strictly and appreciates the publicity surrounding herself and Pete, regarding whether or not they're dating, will help her cause,"
"There has been lots of speculation about a possible romance between Jowita and Pete - and their dance routines have been choreographed so that there is a lot of close personal contact. But this will come as a surprise to fans as Calum is just a normal bloke, he has no showbiz or dance links at all."
Jowita posted Calum on Instagram over the summer whilst the couple attended a BST concert together in Hyde Park, she wrote: "We’ve met just a year ago, but I feel like I’ve known you forever and I can’t even describe how lucky I am to have you in my life. I’ve laughed, danced, cried and made memories for a lifetime. And as we said, now it’s time to be grateful for the past, celebrate the present and embrace the future."
Calum commented: "I feel so unbelievably lucky you came into my life." He added: "As the song said, I was having the time of my life. This one goes into my - and our - memories forever."
Pete and Jowita's relationship status has been the topic of conversation since the pair were partnered together for Strictly Come Dancing's 22nd season.
The pair's close bond had been labelled an "open secret", with rumours swirling that Pete is falling "head over heels" for the professional dancer.
Pete’s best friend Sam Thompson has added to the rumours by saying "Pete's in love." Whilst the dancing duo added more circulation by disclosing on Loose Women that they plan to get matching tattoos if they win the Glitterball Trophy.
This is not the only romantic rumour Pete has been involved in this year, as people speculate his relationship with former Love Island star Maura Higgins. They both showed up together to the Pride of Britain Awards and were spotted sharing a kiss as they partied until 1am at London’s Grosvenor Hotel.
However, on the same night, Pete was heard telling other guests and celebrities that he is very much single, hours before his steamy kiss with Maura.
Speaking exclusively to the Mirror, one attendee revealed how they overheard the reality TV star chatting about his single life at the event’s afterparty.
“Pete did look cosy with Maura at points but he wasn’t shy about telling people he was single,” the guest said. “He was proudly declaring himself single on the red carpet during interviews and even made a joke of not being in a relationship in the bar after the awards.”
