Prince William addresses Kate Middleton's cancer journey in South Africa

Prince William addressed the British media just before the Earthshot Prize awards ceremony in Cape Town, South Africa. Among the many topics he covered, he placed particular emphasis on Kate Middleton's health, which has been a real concern for the Royal Family over the past year.

Princess Kate underwent cancer treatment from February to September, when they officially announced the end of her chemotherapy. The Prince and future King of the United Kingdom was clear on the subject: "Kate is doing really well," he said.

"She's been amazing this whole year. I know she'll be very keen to see tonight be a success," he added, acknowledging the tough year they've faced due to her treatments.

Kate's recovery has inspired the whole family to keep supporting those still facing health challenges, including King Charles. His own recovery appears to be progressing well, as doctors allowed him to pause his treatments to travel to Australia in October.
