Rachel Leviss’ Lawyer Hits Back at Tom Sandoval’s Lawsuit Claims: ‘Outlandish Lie’

3 weeks ago 3

While Rachel Leviss recently departed her podcast, she is still caught up in Scandoval. The former Vanderpump Rules star is still embroiled in a lawsuit against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix. Tom and Ariana were dating when Rachel and Tom started their affair. But the truth came out when Ariana saw an explicit video of Rachel on Tom’s phone.

Would Tom Sandoval lie?

Rachel claimed that Tom filmed her without her consent. So, she sued Ariana and Tom for alleged revenge porn, along with intentional infliction of emotional distress, eavesdropping, and invasion of privacy.

Recently, Tom hopped on his podcast, Everybody Loves Tom, and dropped some new allegations about Rachel. “Her team came to my team. And basically offered to drop all the charges against me if I were to blame … the way the affair was found out on NBCUniversal,” Tom stated. So, Tom would have to allegedly claim that NBCU somehow “put [him] up to it.”

Of course, Tom’s new girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, added that the whole lawsuit was “all about the money.” Tom agreed, “It’s all about the f*cking money.” Well, I’d take this with a salt shaker of salt. Telling the truth doesn’t seem to be Tom’s strong suit.

Rachel Leviss’ attorney would like to have a word …

Now, Rachel’s attorney, Bryan Freeman, has responded in a statement to Reality Blurb! “This is an outlandish lie. Let’s not forget the source of this information is Tom Sandoval, who illegally and secretly recorded Rachel Leviss in a sexually compromising situation without her knowledge or consent while cheating on his girlfriend Ariana Madix,” Bryan said in the statement. “Once again, Tom Sandoval cannot be trusted and the reasons are glaring.”

He continued, “First, this is an obvious lie as no real lawyer would say ‘drop all charges’ in a civil case. There are no such things as ‘charges’ in a civil case. Second, Sandoval allegedly learned this from the same lawyer he fired for tricking him or misleading him into filing a lawsuit against Ariana Madix. If he did hear this from his now fired lawyer, why would he trust it as being true[?]” WOW. That is an excellent point about Tom believing an attorney that he fired.

But Bryan wasn’t done bashing Tom. “Did he change his trickster opinion of his lawyer after he fired him for misleading him? This is complete nonsense and even more evidence of Sandoval’s inability to tell the truth.” Rachel’s attorney added, “Sounds like Sandoval is looking for a lawsuit that he can remember this time.”

Well, it sounds like while Rachel may have left her podcast and Pump Rules in the dust, her lawsuit rages on … and on.

Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock.
