Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were involved in yet another domestic violence incident ahead of the recent Thanksgiving holiday.
After the estranged couple, who previously starred on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy, began moving out of their marital mansion in Georgia and into separate rental homes nearby, cops were dispatched to the property following an alleged fight in front of their kids.
In a report obtained by TMZ on December 3 from the Milton Police Department, it was noted that Kim had told police that Kroy became aggressive with her as they took down curtains in their home, picking her up off the ladder and slamming her onto the ground. However, despite claiming she was harmed in the encounter, she refused to show proof of her supposed injury.
Posing more questions to Kim’s account was the fact that one of her daughters spoke with authorities and told them her mother had fallen.
According to the child, who was not named, Kroy was removing the curtains from the window when Kim became upset and climbed up the ladder. From there, as she attempted to remove the curtains herself, Kim was said to have fallen onto her ex-spouse. The daughter also denied Kroy had told her what to say, noting that he only told her to tell the truth.
A second child then confirmed that they did not witness Kroy removing Kim from the ladder.
Meanwhile, Kroy said Kim physically attacked him from behind and hit him in the face.
After everyone gave their accounts of what went down between Kim and Kroy, officers were unable to determine whose story was the truth, and no one was arrested. Instead, they were simply advised to avoid one another, and shortly thereafter, they moved out of the marital residence.
As RHOA fans have surely heard, Kim and Kroy were forced out of their seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home after the property went into foreclosure. Although the ex-couple attempted to sell the home, listing it for $6 million in 2023, they had no luck and continued to cut the price down to $3.65 million in the months that followed.
On November 27, sources confirmed to TMZ that Kim and Kroy are now living in separate rental homes, noting that their four minor children, Kroy Jr., Kash, Kaia, and Kane, will be going back and forth between the properties.
As for the fate of their mansion, the home is expected to be auctioned off on Tuesday, December 3.
