RHOBH sisters Kyle and Kathy decorate their homes for polar opposite seasons. Kyle is ready for a spooky fall, while Kathy prepares for Christmas all year round.
It’s October and the spooky season is here. Most people are gearing up for chunky knits, pumpkin picking and pumpkin spicing everything in sight. Except The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathy Hilton, who is only hearing sleigh bells in the wind. Social media reveals this Christmas mad Santa’s helper has been decking her halls since July!
‘If this feels strange it’s because it is’
On October 16, in an Instagram story, the California mom debuted a blue-and-white maxi dress that was perfectly co-ordinated with her blue-and-white couch. Gripping a blue-and-white clutch, this housewife is serving Ice Queen realness.
In the next photograph, Kathy Hilton is in her dimly-lit dining room, the perfect setting to model different pairs of sunglasses for her followers.
What is glowing behind her though is a baby pink Christmas tree, adorned with hot pink ornaments. How very festive.

It seems understandable someone might want to stretch their festive frivolities by a couple of extra months, however, this 65-year-old seems to be merry all the year long.
In July, sister Kyle Richards also posted some interior pics of Kathy’s massive Bel-Air home to her Instagram stories.
While pointing to a fully decorated Christmas tree in one room, the sister stated the obvious: “You guys, if this feels strange it’s because it is.”
Additionally to the tree, the mantel piece featured Santa Claus figurines, Nutcraker models and a festive garland. Welcome to the North Pole.
Unlike Kathy, Kyle knows what season to decorate for
At least one of the sisters is taking note of the calendar, as Kyle Richard’s home is fully ready for spooky season to begin.
In an Instagram Story of her own Encino home, the Bravo celebrity showed off a cozy, comfy seating area. The image, fronted by a pumpkin themed mug, has two cute Halloween cuddlies seated on her brown chair. One is a cat peeking out a pumpkin, the other a little ghost pup.
Kyle has been ready since late September for trick-or-treaters to knock upon her door. Again, on Instagram, the 55-year-old hugged her Bernese Mountain Dog while sitting on her sinister stoop.
Black planter-pots, orange jack-o’-lanterns and a ‘Hello Fall’ vertical sign show this housewife is ready for A Nightmare Before Christmas.
