Move over, Lisa Barlow! We have another Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star who likes belting out a tune or two. Newbie Britani Bateman is spreading some holiday cheer with her just-released EP. Let’s be honest, no one can really top Lisa’s Away in a Manger rendition. However, if there’s one person who could get close, it would be Britani. And the former Broadway star has some festive classic songs for fans to enjoy below.
Britani’s Holiday EP includes the Christmas hits Jingle Bells and Oh Holy Night
Britani has been a polarizing figure during her time on the show. But there’s one thing fans can’t argue: the girl can sing. Britani has a long career in theater and television. She’s been on stage for shows such as Oliver, Miss Saigon, and Umbrellas of Cherbourg. Britani also performed at Tokyo Disney as Ariel and Belle.
Now she’s released Britani’s Holiday EP. It has three songs, Oh Holy Night, Jingle Bells, and What Child is This? One can only hope her next album will contain original hits like I Have an Announcement, High Body Count Hair, and What About Me?
When Britani isn’t busy laying tracks, she’s stirring up the pot on RHOSLC. She immediately ruffled feathers with Mary Cosby over what is considered “fashion.” And quickly learned she was outmatched against her.
She also shared her tumultuous relationship with Jared Osmond. According to Britani, they’ve broken up over a dozen times. But Jared hasn’t committed past best friend status. Still, Britani has plenty of other options that she keeps track of on a spreadsheet. She can sing and be organized too.
Then there’s her spat with center snowflake holder, Angie Katsanevas. Angie said Britani had, “high body count hair … a high body count dress [and] high body count heels.” Hey, if you’re a performer, that goes with the territory.
There’s no denying that Britani has made a major impact so far in RHOSLC Season 5. And I for one am looking forward to seeing what comes next in her singing and Bravo careers.
