Meredith Marks is feeling like her old self again after a third breast reduction surgery. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star previously revealed a perplexing health condition that results in continuous growth of her breast tissue. As as a result, the fashion icon and entrepreneur has already had two past surgeries to reduce her cup size.
More recently, the RHOSLC favorite showed off the results, after recovering from a third surgery in September. Meredith is again able to comfortably fit into the chic wardrobe that she is known for.

Meredith gave an update to Page Six on October 23 at the 2024 American Ballet Theatre Fall Gala. “I’m feeling great! I’m so happy!” she gushed.
Meredith shared that she “can wear normal clothes” without having to meet the tailor. Prior to the surgery, the Bravolebrity relied on alterations “two sizes on the waist and hips from the bust.” The jewelry designer gave a shout out to her healthcare provider as well.
“It was a really wonderful experience, and I was with Dr. Rosenberg in LA. He’s amazing,” she added. “I could not be happier, quite honestly.”
Meredith – who recently repaired her fractured friendship with Lisa Barlow – first broached the issue in September of this year. She called her condition “weird,” and wondered whether it could be “hormonal.” Meredith has no official diagnosis.
“My breast tissue doesn’t stop growing,” the reality TV star said at the time.
“It’s wild,” Meredith added. “Seriously, I have this weird issue and I’m hoping this is [my final breast reduction]. I never wanted to be that big. I was always supposed to be a small C.”
Mer’s hoping this is her final surgery. But if her breasts continued to grow, that may be the only option. The RHOSLC star does not want “to look matronly.”
“So yes, if I have to, I will,” Meredith added. “That’s the thing, clothes are fitting better now. When you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your chest, nothing sits right. It’s just not good.”
