Rob Lowe is confessing to some behind-the-scenes action with one of his former co-stars.

The Parks and Recreation actor, 60, revealed on the October 22 episode of Kelly Ripa's Let's Talk Off Camera podcast that he "briefly had a thing" with Demi Moore back in the 1980s.

"Look, anytime you put young, 20-something men and women together, hookups are inevitable," Lowe said."And I don't think that has changed."

The actor noted that his hookup with the G.I. Jane star occurred while they were members of the Brat Pack and starring in St. Elmo's Fire — but before Moore, now 61, became engaged to Emilio Estevez in 1985. The couple ended their engagement the following year and Moore went on to marry Bruce Willis in 1987.

They welcomed Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30 before divorcing in 2000.

Lowe also affirmed that he and the actress are still good friends.

Lowe went on to marry Sheryl Berkoff in 1991 and later welcomed two sons, Matthew, 31, and John Owen, 28.

Moore, for her part, married Ashton Kutcher in 2005, just five years after her split from Willis. She and Kutcher finalized their divorce in 2013.

The Substance star joked on a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that her dogs are the reason she's single, quipping, "If anybody saw my nighttime routine, if it was filmed, they would really see how eccentric I really am."

"I have to prop pillows so the ones that are this size [her bigger dogs] have the ability to get under the covers," she explained."I have two beds for the little ones so that they have the beds within the bed."
