Sir Rod Stewart marked his milestone 80th birthday with a splash on a plush beach in St Barts.
Joined by his Loose Women star wife Penny Lancaster, 53, and seven of his eight kids, Rod and co lapped up the beating Caribbean sunshine with a day out after renting a $150 million super yacht for the trip.
Island hopping from Barbados to St Barts, the world-famous hitmaker and his clan made the most of a balmy beach day, with Sir Rod looking sharp in a yellow shirt teamed with a fedora. He lounged on the back of a luxurious speedboat, surrounded by his nearest and dearest. Penny, meanwhile, hit the beach in a black dress before whipping it off to reveal a show-stopping animal print swimsuit.
The family was seen whizzing to shore in a speedboat that carried them away from the multi-million pound vessel. At one point, Penny was also spotted taking a stroll with Rod’s 37-year-old daughter Ruby, who the crooner shares with his ex-girlfriend Kelly Emberg. Ruby looked chic in a khaki-coloured bikini, shades and a black hat.
Penny then enjoyed a swim with her and Rod’s 19-year-old son Alastair and Adam Sumner, who is in a relationship with Rod’s 32-year-old daughter Renee. Penny tied the knot with Sir Rod back in 2007 and they also share son Aiden, 14. Sarah Streeter, 60, appeared to be the only one of Rod’s children not on the lavish trip. Sarah is the daughter of Rod’s ex Susannah Boffey.
The group sported glowing tans and looked happy and relaxed during their trip to celebrate the Maggie May singer's milestone birthday. It comes after Sir Rod insisted ‘he’s not done yet’ as he celebrated his 80th birthday by taking to Instagram with a message for his millions of supporters around the world.

In return I hope I've given you some memorable songs and lively concerts and...I've not finished yet."
Penny also posted a photo of Rod enjoying the family’s ten-day cruise on the luxury yacht. She wrote: "Happy birthday my darling. So blessed to be sharing this day with all our kids. Building more memories to carry to our hearts forever. I love you."
Needless to say, Sir Rod’s celebrity fans lined up to celebrate his milestone. Davina McCall wrote: "Happy birthday Rod. Thank you for all the joy and dancing. Hope you have the BEST day." Jools Holland wrote: "Many happy returns dear pal."
The family birthday trip comes after Rod flew them all first class to Florida and told them that they would not need to pay a penny during the celebrations. Rod was also photographed watching his beloved Celtic on a laptop on the boat, as nothing will get between him and his football team.
