Following the public breakdown of her 14 year marriage, Ruth Langsford could be forgiven for hiding away as she attempts to navigate her way through life as a single woman.
But the Loose Women star, 64, has done anything but that and has emerged looking younger than ever, sporting a glamorous new appearance following her split from ex-husband Eamonn Holmes. And fans are loving her fresh new look. While Eamonn, 64, has been seen out and about with his new girlfriend Katie Alexander over recent months, Ruth has been building herself up behind the scenes and now looks like a woman half her age.
The 64 year old TV presenter recently showed off her hair transformation which she shared on social media, adding blonde highlights into her tresses, as part of her make-over. And it didn't take long before fans rushed to the comment section of her post. One said: "Beautiful. You look 10 years younger."

Another person penned: "You have never looked more beautiful Ruth you shine so brightly now." Meanwhile fourth person commented: "Ruth you’re ageing beautifully. Your hair looks truly amazing." Another added: "Wowza you look gorgeous Ruth you are knocking it out the park, girl."
Ruth and Eamonn announced the end of their 14 year marriage in a statement back in May this year, leaving many shocked as they appeared solid as ever. But according to reports at the time, the cracks in their relationship had been forming for some time. Earlier this week, Eamonn and his new girlfriend attended the Irish Post Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel, making it their first public appearance together.

Daily Mirror)A source exclusively told the Mirror: "While Eamonn waited for the ceremony to begin he enjoyed his dinner in the company of his new girlfriend Katie. The pair seemed relaxed and were inseparable." Katie, 42, cut an elegant appearance in a silky black dress with her hair tied into a stylish updo.
But we have been told that while they appeared at the event as a duo, Eamonn requested that photographers not take pictures of them together while at their dinner table. While it has been reported that Eamonn and Katie met on social media, The Sun recently claimed that they had been in contact "12 years ago."
A source told The Sun: "We knew Eamonn and Katie got together via social media, but no one knew how far back they went. Ruth will be shocked they were in contact 12 years ago. I don't think she would have known." They added: "At the outset George joined in with the online banter. He would never have guessed Katie was going to get together with Eamonn years down the line." This claim has remained as speculation as neither Eamonn or Katie have confirmed the duration of their contact. And there has never been a suggestion the pair had become romantic while still married.
