Loose Women star Ruth Langsford has taken to Instagram to show off her special method for cooking lamb hotpot after going on a healthy diet helped her shed weight.
The newly single ITV presenter seems to have found a new lease on life.
Recently she has been posting some of the recipes she is using to help stay in shape, including the salads and smoothies she takes in to work at the ITV studios.
Yesterday she gave followers some tips on how to make the perfect lamb hotpot, which she said she has become “addicted” to.
She showed viewers a video of her cooking the lamb and potatoes until tender on the stove first.

Ruth then popped all her ingredients in a casserole dish which she placed in the oven, saying: “About an hour and a half. Take the lid off for the last 15 minutes to let the potatoes brown," as she placed it in the oven at 170 degrees celsius.
She then posted a clip of the finished product, gushing: “Cannot wait to tuck into this!”
Ruth previously spoke about her body changing on Loose Women, telling her co-stars: “You know me, I don't really worry too much about age.
“But at 60 to now and I'm now 64, I feel like everything has kind of drooped and sagged.”

This seems to have inspired her new healthy foods regime.
She also told Woman Magazine this summer that menopause has caused her to "thicken up", and she found it difficult to love her body shape after weight gain left her with "no waist" and "thick, fat knees".
Since her split from Eammon Holmes in May Ruth has been more active, taking on a difficult charity walk for Alzheimer's and hitting the gym hard with her personal trainer.
She said: "I’ve never really had huge problems with weight gain, so I’ve been very lucky in my life. I like good food so I eat well and I cook, but the weight gain and the shape change in menopause I’ve really struggled with and I try really hard."
