Ruth Langsford has openly expressed her affection for one of her dearest friends from the world of television after they were recently caught on camera having a blast together.
The Loose Women presenter, who is currently adjusting to single life after splitting from Eamonn Holmes earlier in the year, took to Instagram last Friday, October 25, to convey a heartfelt tribute to her friend and erstwhile colleague Rylan Clark.
Ruth fondly calls Rylan her 'TV son' owing to their time co-hosting This Morning, and she chose his 36th birthday as the occasion to extend her warm greetings. Alongside an image of the pair on the iconic sofa of the show, she captioned: "Happy birthday to my darling boy! ".
As part of the festivities, she altered the snapshot to adorn Rylan with a 'birthday boy' blue crown and succinctly expressed: "Love you @rylan," attaching it to her Instagram Story.
Last weekend saw Ruth confess to facing hardships while she was spotted sharing a heartfelt duet with Rylan. In this merry gathering, TV personality Lizzie Cundie and Rylan's cousin Kimberley Morgan were also present, engaging in the joviality, reports the Manchester Evening News.

The charming episode saw Lizzie capture Ruth and Rylan hitting the mic at his Essex abode.
The duo were visual and vocal delights as they belted out the classic tune by Diana Ross and Lionel Richie, 'Endless Love'.
Lizzie shared a video clip of their musical performance with her fans on Instagram, captioning: "What a duet," accompanied by a slew of red heart emojis and mentioned both stars in the tag. Ruth then reciprocated by reposting the clip and jested: "Thank goodness ONE of us can sing! ! ".

The merry group even snapped a group photo, which Lizzie proudly posted on her Instagram, expressing her affection for her dear friends. She captioned the image: "Can't beat fabulous friends @rylan @ruthlangsford @kimberley_morgan777 #love #fun #birthday."
Following the revelries, Ruth confessed on social media that she was craving some fresh air as she walked her cherished rescue dog Maggie, whom she adopted with her former spouse Eamonn Holmes. Sharing a clip of her dog strolling along, the TV presenter remarked: "@rylan I'm very much needing this fresh air after last night! " and subsequently disclosed that her blender's noise was too intense for her sensitive head.
