Rylan Clark and Rob Rinder were flooded with support as the ITV star sent his friend a sweet birthday tribute.

This Morning presenter and broadcaster Rylan Clark shared a sweet update on his Instagram account, revealing hes hit the big 3-6 with a delightful photo marking his birthday celebrations. The BBC Radio 2 star ignited a flurry of well-wishes with a simple yet jubilant post, captioned with just 36, paired with a playful cake emoji, sparking a flood of congratulatory comments from his showbiz friends.

Holly Willoughby chimed in with a cheery "Happy birthday," while Claire Sweeney of Coronation Street fame commented, "Happy birthday."

Dancing sensation Vito Coppola from Strictly Come Dancing joined in with an Italian flare, saying: "Buon compleannooooo."

Not to be left out, BBC Radio 2 chimed in with their own greeting, tweeting "Happy birthday Rylan! ! ", reports the Manchester Evening News.

Loyal followers were quick to join the chorus, with @mindmouthsoul writing: "Happy Birthday you wild and wonderful man. To the next 36, and then the next."

Meanwhile, @nicolagrundyart added to the compliments saying, "Happy Birthday Rylan; you don't look a day older than 20! " and @beryllynne1 encouraging him with a "Happy Birthday Rylan. Keep on being you! You brighten the world."

Amidst the birthday buzz, Rob Rinder, Rylan's good friend and co-star from their joint venture on a BBC2 show in Italy, couldnt resist sharing the celebration. He took to his personal Instagram page to post pictures of their memorable Italian escapades together last year.

The Good Morning Britain presenter penned a heartfelt message on Instagram, saying: "Happy birthday @rylan beautiful on the inside and the outside... 'Friendship is born at the moment when one man says to another "What! You too? I thought that no one but myself...'"

Fans were quick to shower the TV pair with praise. One user, @karenck88, commented: "Love your friendship. We need more beautiful role models like to inspire us. Happy Birthday Rylan and please do more work together."

@weeny_victorian_house_in_ware replied: "This is beautiful. You are both gorgeous men." @pg_tips48 added: "PG Tips Love love these two together beautiful friendship hope they do more in tele. Happy Birthday Rylan."

In exciting news for fans of the duo, Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour, which aired earlier this year on BBC2, saw them explore some of Italy's most stunning art treasures in cities such as Venice, Florence and Rome.

Rylan confirmed earlier this month that he and Rob will be reuniting for a new TV show, following the success of their Italian adventure.Rylan took to Instagram to express his excitement about the return for a second season of their show, posting a cheerful selfie with his co-star and commenting: "So excited we're back for season 2 and this time we're off to INDIA. Bumped into each other yesterday and this is how excited we are.

Thank you everyone that watched our show and we can't wait until we get going for S2. " He also humorously added a promise: "I'll try not to kill him".
