It's been over two decades since S Club Juniors hit the road with their older counterparts, S Club 7, before launching their own albums and becoming icons of the noughties music scene. While Rochelle Humes (formerly Rochelle Wiseman) and Frankie Bridge (previously Francesca Sandford) are arguably the most well-known members, fellow bandmate Jay Perry has also had a successful career in musical theatre, reports OK!.
Now aged 34, Jay, who was known as Jay Asforis during his time with the band, has featured in several popular stage shows including Hamilton, Motown: The Musical and Back to the Future: The Musical, but he hasn't forgotten his S Club roots. Alongside sharing snaps of his incredibly toned body and career highlights with his 27.3K Instagram followers, he also posts plenty of S Club Junior content to keep the nostalgia alive - including some 'dress like S Club Juniors in 2024' content, much to his fans' delight.

He shared a series of progress photos, writing: "Around 20 weeks ago I started my fitness journey after feeling out of shape and low on energy probably since the pandemic." He revealed that after completing the plan, he felt "energised and in shape", adding "my relationship with the gym and food is the best it's ever been."

He sent in a video audition and made it through to the final round, where he secured a place in the group alongside Rochelle, Frankie, and others.
After S Club Juniors disbanded in 2004, Jay worked with other boybands, including Chapter One, before establishing himself in the West End. He is currently playing the role of former US President Aaron Burr in the musical Hamilton at London's Victoria Palace Theatre.
Meanwhile Rochelle, of course, moved on from S Club Juniors to the Saturdays before meeting and marrying her JLS husband, Marvin Humes, and forging a successful presenting career on the likes of This Morning and the BBC's The Hit List.
