Samsung Could Launch Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra Earlier Than Expected

Samsung is gearing up to unveil its next flagship series- Galaxy S25, including Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra. The rumors suggest that the company could launch the upcoming smartphones earlier than expected. To recall, the tech giant launched its Galaxy S24 series in the middle of January 2024 which is less than a year after introducing its previous flagship smartphones. However, the company has not yet confirmed about any details. But if we believe the reports, Samsung could come up introducing its Galaxy S25 series a little bit earlier than expected.

As per reports, a Vietnamese retailer is spotted with a survey about upcoming Galaxy S25, suggesting that the pre-orders could open as early as January 2025. Samsung is planning to include Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra in the lineup. The survey is machine translated and indicates that Samsung will replace its Galaxy S24 series around January 5.

However, the date mentioned in the survey cannot be regarded as the official launch or pre-booking date. Samsung will announce the exact launch date later. However, the company has started testing the Galaxy S25 series and it will be the first smartphone to feature the upcoming One UI 7. Samsung revealed in its annual developer conference that the stable update will be “released next year with the next Galaxy S series.”

Samsung’s annual earnings report first mentioned about the Galaxy S25 series “Based on the advancement of Galaxy AI, MX plans to promote flagship-oriented sales growth and profitability improvement such as Galaxy S25 series and foldable, while also expanding sales of ecosystem products such as Galaxy Tab, Book and Wearable,” the report stated after translating it to English language.

As per expectations, Samsung Galaxy S25 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset with new cameras, faster storage, and an increase in display size.
