Samsung is gearing up to unveil its next flagship addition in Flip series dubbed as Galaxy Z Flip FE. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE will be the affordable option for the flagship Galaxy Z Flip series. Several rumors suggest that the tech giant could disclose its Flip phone with Exynos 2400, which the company unveiled earlier this year.
The Exynos 2400 is also found in company’s flagship Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus. However, there’s no official announcement, but as per rumor mills Samsung is preparing to release its next budget-friendly version of the Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE Specifications (Rumored)
As per reports, the company could launch Galaxy Z Flip FE with flagship Exynos 2400 under the hood. The smartphone could hit the Indian market in 2025. The Exynos 2400 is also found in company’s flagship Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus in Europe and Asia. However, the US and Canada versions are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen chipsets.

Another report from the leaks suggests that the company is also considering to launch its upcoming flagships Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 with its own flagship chipset-the Exynos 2500. This marks the beginning of Samsung ditching Qualcomm’s snapdragon and expanding its own flagship chipset. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are available in foreign market with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
However, if we compare both Snapdragon and Exynos then Samsung’s in-house chipset is not best in terms of performance as compared to Qualcomm’s top of the line Snapdragon. But the company is making all efforts to improve the performance of its upcoming Exynos 2500 processor. As per reports, the company could unveil its entire Galaxy S25 lineup with Qualcomm’s recently announced Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Whatever be the decision, we can see any one of the Samsung flagship either with its Exynos 2500 or with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite.
