Sandra Bullock has been keeping a low profile since the shocking death of her partner, Bryan Randall, oftentimes skipping the A-list outings for more intimate settings with her family. In 2024, many insiders alleged that Bullock wasn’t focused on dating, and that she was all about healing and her family. In fact, they even alleged she was very hesitant to date again. However, fast forward to today, and insiders are painting a different story.

Insiders alleged to InTouch Weekly that Bullock is going out more and more, and is now “open” to start dating.

“She’s kept a low profile since Bryan’s death, but little by little she’s going out more,” they said to the outlet. “Friends say she’s even open to maybe starting dating again.” Now, this just means that she’s allegedly open to the idea of dating again, not that she’s diving right into the world of Tinder and speed dating. Navigating grief is different for everyone, and we just hope she’s going at her own pace.

Now, like we said, this is far different than what insiders were saying earlier in 2024. In case you missed it, insiders said to Closer Weekly that Randall allegedly wanted Bullock to find love again after he passed.

“Bryan told Sandra his last wish was for her to find love again. He wanted to leave this world knowing she’d be loved and looked after by a good man,” they alleged. “She was devastated when he died and couldn’t imagine ever finding anyone she would love like that. But now that she’s turning 60, she’s feeling a tremendous emptiness in her heart and realizing she doesn’t want to spend the rest of her life alone!”

For those who don’t know, Bullock and Randall started dating in 2015 after meeting at her son’s birthday party. Soon, he became a father figure to her two adopted children Louis, 14, and Laila, 12; and the pair were inseparable.

She talked about their relationship on Red Table Talk via People, explaining why they weren’t going to get married. “I am someone who went through the divorce process. I found the love of my life. We share two beautiful children — three children, his older daughter. It’s the best thing ever,” she said. “I don’t wanna say do it like I do it, but I don’t need a paper to be a devoted partner and devoted mother.”

They were together until his death from ALS in 2023.
