Scots Big Brother's Nathan 'already over' house romance following brutal exit

1 week ago 2

Scottish Big Brother star Nathan King has sailed his way into the final stretch as a housemate, with his often controversial political opinions clearly not hindering his likability.

The pork salesman, from Dumfries, was left teary-eyed earlier this week on the ITV show when fellow housemate Segan became £10,000 richer with the catch that he had to put two of his fellow housemates at risk.

Nathan, alongside good friend Ali and love interest Rosie, were all up for the chop. It was ultimately Rosie, or Baked Potato as she has became known, that had the least amount of votes from the public and was sent out the back door in a brutal eviction twist.

However according to a body language expert, there are signs Nathan and Baked Potato "may already be over each other" despite making their romance official in the Big Brother house.

Inbaal Honigman says Baked Potato ‘showed no sign of disappointment’ leaving the house on Monday night just days before the final takes place this coming Friday, November 15.

After analysing the footage of the brutal moment, Inbaal says that "there were no signs of disappointment or hesitation" when Baked Potato was evicted, with "flirty body language suggesting she is excited to see what awaits her outside the house."

Meanwhile, Nathan showed he was "troubled emotionally" as he shut his eyes and put his hand on his hips, however, he changes his tune moments later with an open mouthed smile, suggesting "he may already be over it."

Speaking on behalf of BoyleSports Games, Inbaal Honigman says: “Baked Potato shows no signs of disappointment nor hesitation in leaving the Big Brother house, or her boyfriend Nathan, behind. When she hears of her imminent departure, Baked Potato tucks her hair behind her ear, a flirty body language cue which shows interest or curiosity. She may be excited about leaving and can't wait to see what awaits her on the outside. She then smiles with her mouth open, which usually indicates an honest smile.

“After hugging Nathan, she looks immediately away from him and towards the door, as if she is impatient to get out. That they don't remain locking eyes, or holding hands, is very curious. In the beginning stages of a love story, a couple would want to hold each other and look at each other constantly."

The expert continued: “At the time of announcement, Nathan is seen rubbing his chin, which tells us that he's deep in thought. His hand then covers his mouth, which is an indication of secrecy. The mouth-covering gesture shows that he's trying not to say the wrong thing. When Baked Potato is called to leave, we see Nathan, hand still tightly over his lips, shutting his eyes, letting us know that he's troubled emotionally.

“In her final moments, Baked Potato turns away from a clearly distraught Nathan, his hands on his hips telling us he's trying to stay strong, and the corners of his lips turned downwards in sadness. When the door shuts behind her, Nathan flashes a perfect, open-mouthed smile. He may already be over it.”
