2 months ago 10

Seven more alleged victims of Sean "Diddy" Combs filed lawsuits in New York, accusing the disgraced mogul of sexual assault amid his sex trafficking case.

The complaints, five of which were filed in New York Federal Court on Sunday, and two more filed Monday in New York Superior Court, include multiple accusations of Combs, 54, drugging partygoers and then performing sex acts on them while they were disoriented.

The dates of the allegations range from 2000 to 2022. The youngest alleged victim says she was 13 when she was abused by the "Bad Boy For Life" rapper.

These lawsuits are from a group of 120 accusers being represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee. In a headline-grabbing October 14 filing from one of Buzbee's clients, Combs allegedly had baby oil at his home laced with Rohypnol or GHB, a substance commonly known as a date rape drug.

Combs was arrested and charged on September 16 in a three-count Indictment with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and denied any wrongdoing.

His trial date is set for May 5, 2025.

Combs' spokespeople have repeatedly pointed Newsweek to the following statement: "We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court."

Below are the shocking accusations detailed in the five most recent lawsuits filed in New York Federal Court.

New Allegations of Launch Party Assault

In the one of the latest lawsuits filed by Buzbee on Sunday, in or around 2022, the male owner of a family business that rents luxury cars and jewelry attended a launch party for Combs' Ciroc vodka drink in Los Angeles.

Court documents include photos of Combs sitting on a couch while the faces of many other people have been covered.

The John Doe claims he joined Combs in his private office to talk about business when the mogul, who appeared intoxicated, started acting strange. Doe claims Combs took off his pants and exposed his genitals and also grabbed at his genitals through his pants.

"The situation escalated until another individual, Professional Athlete A, entered the office and, intervened which ended the Combs' assault of Plaintiff (Doe)," the complaint reads. "At this moment, Plaintiff escaped from Combs and left the office. After escaping the office, Plaintiff left the party to return home."

Celebrity Trainer Allegedly Assaulted by Combs

In or around 2022, an unnamed female who worked with John Doe, a personal trainer to the stars, told him that Combs wanted to meet him and feature him in a video.

On June 27 – the night of the 2022 BET Awards — Doe attended an after-party hosted by Combs. Doe was greeted with a nondisclosure agreement, as well as what looked like a "typical tequila soda with a cranberry juice mixer."

Once inside, Doe was greeted by a model and current client. Eventually, a business associate of Combs guided Doe from a large room with red lights into a smaller room where he saw about a dozen people, including several well-known figures, engaging in group-sex activities.

Doe became weak and disoriented, believing he had been drugged. Flowing in and out of consciousness, Doe claims he was used for sex by Combs, another celebrity, and other men and women.

"These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed Plaintiff's (Doe) drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment," the complaint states.

13-Year-Old Girl's Alleged Assaulted At VMA Afterparty

A 13-year-old girl with hopes of getting into the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards allegedly approached several limo drivers to try and talk her way into the ceremony at Radio City Music Hall.

"One of the limousine drivers she spoke to claimed to work for Defendant Combs," the complaint reads. "He told her that Combs liked younger girls and said she 'fit what Diddy was looking for,' not allowing her into the Awards, but inviting her to an afterparty."

Later that night, the limo driver took Jane Doe to a large house where she signed an NDA. She also observed guests, which included many celebrities, using marijuana and cocaine.

After accepting "a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter," Doe became disoriented and found what she believed to be an empty bedroom to lay down.

"Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room," the lawsuit reads. "Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, 'You are ready to party!'"

Doe claims she was raped by another male celebrity as Combs and a female celebrity watched. Combs then also raped her while the famous duo watched.

"Combs attempted to force Plaintiff (Doe) to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped," the documents state.

The girl then ran through the house naked while trying to find an exit. Once outside, she put her clothes back on and eventually made it to a gas station.

"A female clerk noticed her distress and allowed her to use the phone. Plaintiff (Doe) called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up," the suit says.

Combs Allegedly Assaulted Hopeful Artist

A 29-year-old female independent music artist attended Combs' New York City party in December 2022. Despite multiple offers of cocaine, pills, and marijuana, Jane Doe declined and opted for one glass of wine.

Combs later approached her and raved about her musical talent and asked her up to his private office to talk about a collaboration.

Once there, Doe felt disoriented and Combs began to rape her.

"The next thing Plaintiff (Doe) clearly remembers is waking up around 6:00 AM, confused and disoriented, in the same office where the assault took place," the complaint states.

Upon checking herself, Doe noticed blood on her legs, bruising on her lips, and deep imprints on her arms and wrists, suggesting she had been tied with ropes.

Exclusive Memorial Day Party

A Jane Doe and her two friends were in Las Vegas over Memorial Day Weekend 2014. In her lawsuit, Doe claims she touched base with Combs' party promoter who she only knew as "Internamtikonal Smoove."

Smoove invited Doe, but not her two friends, to an exclusive Combs party at Vegas' Club Rehab where she saw met many celebrities, including Mary J. Blige, Lil' Kim, and Nicki Minaj.

After the party, Doe went to an after-party at Combs' suite at the Planet Hollywood hotel. After one or two drinks from a Ciroc vodka bottle, Doe began to feel disoriented.

Smoove directed her to an empty bedroom where she could rest and assured her that the door would be locked.

"The next thing Plaintiff (Doe) recalls is waking up the following morning feeling very groggy and sore," the complaint alleges.

"Her entire body hurt, and it felt difficult to move. As soon as she awoke, she saw Combs in the corner of the room, shirtless and yelling loudly and with animation at someone over the phone. He was the only person in the room with her and it was clear that someone else had been in the bed with her."

Doe returned to her friends and slept for two days. She vaguely remembers her friends trying to help with her periodic offers of water.
