Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused Monday of drugging and raping an underage girl in 2000.
The Jane Doe filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Combs, 55, and two unnamed defendants, whom she claimed worked for the disgraced rapper at the time of the alleged incident.
In the suit, obtained by Page Six, the woman claimed she was leaving her part-time babysitting job in Lower Manhattan when she ran into Combs and his pals outside of the building, where one of the music mogul’s “well-known” ex-girlfriends also lived.
“Combs engaged her in conversation, asking where she was going so late at night, and that it was not safe for her to be walking alone,” the documents read.
Although the then-16-year-old told Combs, who was in his early 30s at the time, that she lived “around the corner” and “would be fine,” he allegedly insisted on giving her a ride home.
“After much cajoling by Combs, she agreed and got into his car … something [the] plaintiff would come to regret forever,” the filing continued.
The woman recalled feeling “scared when they did not drop her off at home as promised.”
She claimed Combs “gave her a drink to ‘calm her down,'” which left her feeling “groggy and unsteady.”
“Combs and his staff, the two male co-defendants, proceeded to a location where she was sexually assaulted by Combs,” the lawsuit read.
The woman said Combs’ employees later drove her home and “left [her] in the lobby” after the alleged rape.
She is suing for unspecified damages.
Although the alleged assault occurred nearly 25 years ago, Jane Doe cited the NYC Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act, which allows “survivors of gender-based violence to file civil lawsuits against their abusers” outside the statute of limitations.

Combs’ legal team vehemently denied the accusations on his behalf.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” they said in a statement.
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
Combs has been held in a Brooklyn jail since September 2024 as he awaits his May trial for sex trafficking and racketeering.
In addition to the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper’s federal charges, he has been hit with dozens of lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct.
Combs has maintained his innocence ever since his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura became the first to publicly accuse him of rape and abuse in November 2023.
