Ruby Stewart pleaded with the public "to do the right thing". She is the daughter of Rod Stewart and his ex-girlfriend, the model Kelly Emberg.
The mum-of-one urged others to support the Los Angeles community after she revealed that friends had been forced to evacuate their homes following the California fires.
In a candid message shared on Instagram today (January 14), the model and singer, 37, said, "My heart is with you, California".
In a subsequent post, Ruby wrote, "My friends @victoriadela_fuente and @aaayersss made an evolving donation list of the fire victims. In the midst of evacuating their own home with their two babies and dog, they managed to find the time to still think about others.
"I cannot express enough that every dollar counts... it's what you can afford, but there is strength in numbers."

"So please send this out to whoever has a heart and will do the right thing...," she concluded.
Ruby shared a link where the public can send donations to help victims of the LA wildfires.
In an earlier post, she wrote: "Last weekend was the first time I've ever heard the phrase 'Firenado'... something that sounds like a Marvel supervillain... we are hitting unprecedented times of climate change, and this is certainly just the beginning...
I have no political affiliation when it comes to natural disasters and I think naturally many need to define what is happening by blaming someone in charge and I understand that need... but more importantly is what you can do now.
At the end of the day we are here to take care of each other so please do not wait on your government officials to rebuild or take of a community."

Ruby continued: "Do it yourself and even if it's not a place or community that you identify with... because empathy is the highest form of intelligence and truly believe there is more (intelligent) good people in the world than evil.
"I have hope and I have faith that we can work together to be the change we'd like to see in humanity. I can't even comprehend the pain and heartbreak that so many are enduring right now."
She concluded: "My heart is with you, California."
Firefighters are bracing for the return of harsh Santa Ana winds that are expected to fan the flames of massive wildfires raging across Southern California, as the death toll climbs to at least 25 people.
Ruby announced her engagement to Jake Kalick last year. The couple welcomed their first child, Otis, in May.
The family appears to live in Texas, with Ruby revealing to her Instagram followers back in 2021 that she'd moved from Nashville to Austin.
