Selling Sunset's Chelsea Lazkani is in talks to join Celebs Go Dating after her sudden split.
The British real estate agent and TV star gained fame for her role on Netflix’s hit reality series, where she joined the cast in season five. As an agent with The Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles, she specialises in selling multi-million-dollar homes.
Recently, Chelsea has been in talks to join the UK dating reality series Celebs Go Dating. According to The Sun, the show’s producers are eager to sign her, as they haven’t featured an international star since 2017. An insider revealed: "Celebs Go Dating are really keen to sign a star of a big US reality show as they haven’t had an international name since 2017. They have approached Chelsea from Selling Sunset and bosses are hoping she’ll sign on the dotted line. She’s stunning, she knows how to whip up drama and she’s also single after splitting from her husband late last year.”
Producers believe her popularity from Selling Sunset and her current single status following her divorce make her the perfect fit for the new season. If she agrees, this will be her first major appearance on a show outside of Selling Sunset.
In her personal life, Chelsea married Jeff Lazkani in 2017. The couple shares two children, Maddox and Melia, and for nearly seven years, they appeared to have a strong, supportive marriage. However, in March 2024, Chelsea filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” This announcement shocked fans, as her family life had often been portrayed positively on Selling Sunset. The divorce became a central storyline in the show’s eighth season, which aired later that year.
The drama unfolded, on the show, when co-star Bre Tiesi revealed shocking rumours of infidelity. Bre shared that a mutual friend had reportedly seen Jeff at the W Hotel in Hollywood with another woman.
Bre took the information back to Chelsea, which led to yet another season of drama between the two, having previously clashed on the prior seasons. Chelsea expressed: "If you bring something to camera to implode my life — as opposed to just calling me — you will do it on camera. It is really sad. I just want to know what the f**k it is."

Was the context, ‘Let’s set up Chelsea?’ No." The drama with the warring pair left the rest of the cast divided, especially Chrishell Stause and Emma Hernan, who are good friends with both the women.
The animosity between the pair dates back to Bre joining the Oppenheim group in season six. Chelsea didn't hold back with her opinions about Bre's relationship with Nick Cannon, with whom she shares son Legendary with. She expressed her unfiltered thoughts as she quipped: "I find Nick Cannon and Bre’s relationship rather off-putting.
"Ultimately the way I live my life is very different to her as a Christian so I don’t know if we will ever be super, super close friends." The two ended up hashing it out during the season six finale, but things didn't get much better as Bre stormed out of the party following the clash.
